Travelers' Choice

The Crescent Turner, Whitstable, is a stylish, 18-bedroom boutique hotel, set high up on Wraik Hill, overlooking the Kent coast. It has panoramic views of the sea and gorgeous surrounding countryside.

Whitstable is a family-orientated but fashionable seaside town - famous for its beach huts, Oyster Festival and quaint harbour. There are quirky, independent shops and galleries, Whitstable Castle and an increasingly popular arts festival - the Whitstable Biennale.

The Crescent Turner has individually designed bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, terrace area, gardens and superb view over the estuary and whitstable.

Head down to Whitstable for a family break or a romantic getaway. You'll love the subtle decor of this newly remodelled boutique hotel - less than two hours from central London. Of course, the beach is a major feature in summer, but Whitstable is busy and interesting all-year round, and there are wonderful walks in the Kent countryside and other pretty towns and villages to visit while you are here. The Crescent Turner Hotel

Lovely stay at the crescent Turner this weekend. Upgraded to a lovely room which we had last time. Breakfast was delicious and staff made us feel very welcome. Will definitely return in the summer to see the sunset. The refurbishment since we stayed last time is lovely.

I would like to thank Sarah and her team for the excellent service yesterday for my 70th birthday afternoon tea. Special mention to 'H' and his assistants who kept us supplied with beautiful sandwiches and cakes. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highley recommend this venue as family members had travelled long distances to be there and remarked at the lovely decoration of the hotel and rooms and the stunning views across the bay.

This hotel is beautiful! Really luxurious and felt like a real treat. Recently refurbished, gorgeous decorated. Huge bed, fluffy towels, lovely coffee in the rooms, big tv etc. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful sea views from the bar and restaurant. We stayed in a dog friendly room with French doors right on to the garden, and our pup was allowed in the bar and restaurant too! But the really special thing about this hotel are the staff- they just couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable and make our stay special. Thank you!

Recently visited this hotel for the first time, great position for anyone who wants to visit the Kent coastal area, Whitstable being a real gem , this hotel has been revamped under new management, Francesca and her hard working team, the rooms are very clean nice breakfast, just ask for your choice, the views are lovely as you are on a hill looking over Whitstable, they have a very impressive function facility at the rear of the hotel in the grounds, we will be going back next year in the summer the sunsets are meant to be stunning, so not a big place, but beautifully put together.
