Beautiful boutique hotel with magnificent views towards the Isle of Sheppey. I was lucky enough to be there in a heatwave and experience spectacular sunsets! I had the single room with a sea view. All the decor is very tasteful and of a high standard. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and the... More

What an amazing lunch and such good value. The ham terrine starter was so tasty and the Stilton mushroom was excellent. For main courses we had supreme of chicken and whole plaice and both courses were excellent. Dessert was lemon and raspberry posset and apple tart with icecream and again it couldn't be faulted. I wish more people realised how... More

The CT has many of the ingredients to be a quality boutique hotel; good location and views, friendly and engaging staff...But - some improvements are needed. The design of the room we had was ok but after a short time we realized that the layout wasted space and at the same time confined movement. The restaurant food quality was only... More

We were re-booked to this hotel due to flooding at its sister hotel, and found a very charming place on top of a hillside overlooking the bay and the Channel below. The room was spacious and very well appointed, with large windows on two sides providing great views and ample light. The bathroom was, however, on the small side and... More

We loved every moment of our time here. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff went above and beyond. It was the little touches like carrying your bags, bringing you a blanket out in the evenings, the staff stopping for a chat etc which really sets this place apart. Keep up the good work! We can't wait to... More

This was a nice boutique hotel on the edge of Whitstable. If you don't want to stay in the center i would recommend being here. Its about half a mile away and a very easy drive into the main town. The rooms have been modernised and were very clean and comfortable although not the largest. The staff were friendly and... More

We stayed for 2 nights in August 2016 in order to attend a wedding in Whitstable. I use a mobility scooter and Sam and other staff could not be more helpful. Sam on reception was exceptional and we left feeling like friends. The room and food was faultless. Will definitely return one day.

What a delightful one night stay at this beautiful out of the way hotel in whitstable my partner and i fancied spending the evening somewhere different but not too far on the Sunday evening so that he could goto work efficiently in the morning. I looked online and although a little pricey for one night at £148 pounds for one... More

Booked this hotel for a couple of nights away just as a break from work + a little getaway for us both, the room was absolutely perfect, nice and modern with a cosy feel to the room! When we arrived we were upgraded to a family room which I thought was rather nice of the hotel to do so! We... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Crescent Turner, Whitstable, is a stylish, 18-bedroom boutique hotel, set high up on Wraik Hill, overlooking the Kent coast. It has panoramic views of the sea and gorgeous surrounding countryside. Whitstable is a family-orientated but fashionable seaside town - famous for its beach huts, Oyster Festival and quaint harbour. There are quirky, independent shops and galleries, Whitstable Castle and an increasingly popular arts festival - the Whitstable Biennale. The Crescent Turner has individually designed bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, terrace area, gardens and - very importantly - its own Beach Hut on Whitstable beach, which guests may reserve. Bedrooms are spacious and light, many with sea views. Head down to Whitstable for a family break or a romantic getaway. You'll love the subtle decor of this newly remodelled boutique hotel - less than two hours from central London. Of course, the beach is a major feature in summer, but Whitstable is busy and interesting all-year round, and there are wonderful walks in the Kent countryside and other pretty towns and villages to visit while you are here. The Crescent Turner Hotel ... more   less
