Have always wanted to stay in these so my husband booked for a special occasion. Everything you need and a super location. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is served at the Continental Hotel and it was fab, very large variety on offer including fresh fruit, artisan breads for toaster, deli meats, pastries aswell as the cooked English.

Amazing beachfront cosy huts - kitchen facility, lounge area, loft type bedroom and shower room, with amazing choice of breakfast at the seafront Continental hotel. Then coffee on hotel terrace overlooking sea - absolutely first class!

The huts are fabulously located - with boats and beach right in front and a beach café in the car parking area outside - perfect for fish and chips, coffees and oysters. The huts are basically furnished, but with nice beds and bedding. Breakfast at Hotel Continental is fantastic, and the 5 minute walk up there past the harbour is... More

We stayed in Hut 1 for two nights and loved it. Huge bed and amazing shower. View was fantastic! Steep narrow stairs upto the room which could be awkward if traveling with large cases.Breakfast at continental hotel which was 10 minute walk away.

My son (4 years) and I stayed a Sunday night in Hut 5 (accommodates a maximum of two adults and two children). The hut is right opposite the beach overlooking the sea wall. Great for people and dog watching and convenient for crabbing. Although, probably due to the weather we had limited success. The bedroom and bathroom is upstairs (or... More

We stayed here for a few days with our dog. The huts are very well converted. We had a lovely bedroom upstairs with big windows we could open. The bathroom was quite small but the space has been very well utilised. We had a lovely breakfast at the hotel which is only a small walk away.

Booked 1 night in May for my partner's birthday ( Hut 1) - lovely simply furnished interior with all necessities. Amazingly comfortable bed. Window opened directly to a sea view and we were fortunate to have a clear night and super sunny day. You can get a cooked full English breakfast at The Continental but as we had booked lunch... We have just come home after five nights here. So lovely to be right up close to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful! Well worth a stay. Be aware that the outside surface is stones, so tricky for the less mobile.

A wonderful hotel; friendly, efficient, comfortable and clean. I had a really wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Whitstable. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful with a huge selection. I only wish I had a bigger appetite to try everything on offer. It was such a novelty to be one of the last... More

Lovely time in Hut 7 for 2 nights. And they returned my iPhone charger which I left in the hut free of charge. Great staff and really helpful. Would stay again. Central for pottering out into shops and cafes too.
