Had a warm welcome, bedrooms a little dated, bit like waking up in your grandparents house. En suite a bit tight but overall good. Excellent breakfast with good quality food. Good for a short stay. Check out weather spoons in sittingbourne too good food there.

Arrived to a lovely welcome from Ian- took my to my room which was a little chintzy with floral bedspread and wobbly floors, however the welcome was great and local information was offered- he made me very welcome. Nice to have a dressing gown- unusual now-a-days. I have probably never had a better sleep- yes there is a really busy... More

We found the Beaumont by chance when we were passing through Sittingbourne. When we arrived we had an amazingly warm welcome from the owners. The room itself was lovely with a fully stocked tea tray and toiletries and good shower. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was a treat and my eggs were perfectly scrambled and my husband's full English... More

I needed a one night stay with bed and breakfast before a course. The Beaumont were able to accept my booking at short notice, the room was excellent although the shower took too long to get hot. The service was polite and efficient, and the price 35% less than the national chains in the area. Breakfast was great!

Quite simply does what it says on the tin. Clean comfortable and an excellent breakfast. Stayed 4 nights on business freindly approachable couple made me feel very welcome. Would definitely use again. Stayed in the Rose room. The building is very old and floors creak a little but that's to be expected with the buildings age but that adds character.

I travelled alone was warmly welcomed by the couple covering for the owners & immediately taken to my room. This is an old building with uneven floors & walls, but the magnolia paintwork is clean. The furnishings are a little dated, but all is spotless & comfortable. The bed was comfortable, though the flat screen TV was a little small... More

Lovely old fashioned B&B welcoming hosts spacious clean rooms downside is location on a main road extremely noisy all night so got no sleep despite the complementary ear plugs ! Car parking is up a very steep narrow slope with no mirror to see if traffic coming the other way quite dangerous .
