At only £65 a night during a festival weekend I wasn't expecting much from this hotel but as a b&b I was quite taken away. It's not the ritz and I wouldn't even call it boutique, but it's spotless, and extremely welcoming. Beds are comfy, have quality bedding and as an added bonus we had one of the rooms with... More

Spent one night here whilst staying over following a family wedding. Very clean and comfortable and the manager was very helpful and polite. Lovely full English breakfast served between 8.30 and 9.30. Tea and coffee making facilities in your room which was a great bonus. There is a bar in the restaurant area and a lounge area with tv pool... More

Stayed from the 26th until the 30th August and were impressed by the very friendly owners and hosts Roger, Natasha and Edz. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and soft towels. The breakfast is cooked to order and there was no problem accommodating my wife who has coeliac disorder with gluten free sausages and bread... More

Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was basic and very clean with a lovely view of the sea. A really good, freshly cooked breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely time in Margate. Great value for money. We would definitely go again.

The hotel wasn't very looked after, it was dusty and untidy. The hotel would benefit from a new carpet. The front room had a pool table but we couldn't find the balls anywhere and the landlady wasn't around so we couldn't ask. The room was basic, with no attention to detail. The bathroom was ok. The worst thing was that... More

We were in town for a friend's wedding reception which was taking place right across the road at the Lido so the location was just brilliant. Also very handy for beaches, galleries and all the bars, restaurants etc are 10-15 minutes walk max. The owners and staff really made us feel very welcome right from the start, it was almost... Visited as couple and 2 small children. Overall it's fairly basic and not flash. But the cleanliness of the bedroom was top notch. Nice comfy beds too. Ensuite a little unique but did the job nicely. Breakfast was really hearty and delicious. Met two ladies while we were there and both were very warm and friendly.
