Response from Post O, Owner at The Old Post Office Guest House
Responded Aug 11, 2018
Dear Stephanie and David Firstly may I offer you our sincere apologies for the error in our booking procedure which resulted in this very unfortunate situation. We obviously are doing our upmost to establish what occurred, and rectify our procedures. Out of our 416 bookings to date this is our first error, but we do appreciate how it has impacted upon you. We understand your response but are only slightly grateful that your ranking was as a result of an error on our part and not in response to the quality or standard of accommodation. We would welcome an opportunity to compensate you by way of accommodation in some way in the future when perhaps you may be visiting again . This is the only thing we can think of at present to try and make some amends to a situation that is most regrettable to you and ourselves obviously. Kindest regards James and Anne Marie

"The room at the top has the most space (will take 3 people), but has the additional stairs."
"Loft room is generously sized for a family"
"Although the guest house is in the High Street, it is a lovely quiet spot at the top end, VERY close to public parking area."
