We stayed here as we were visiting Chatham Dockyard. It was clean, beds not bad, Tv? Only if you wanted to watch one channel, the remote had been stolen and no attempt was made to find us another one. There was a fridge and two hotplates also in the room, handy I suppose, tea, coffee etc was provided, shame the...

I entered a very bare room, no pictures on the walls, bare. BUT it was very clean. I noticed that the sheets on the bed were crisp and very clean but the duvet covers looked crumpled, un-ironed and not very attractive. The furniture was very cheap looking and very basic, including the beds. My view from the window was a...

I booked room for a week. It was only cleaned 4 days. Later days nothing. We had to get rid of rubbish ourselves and provide us with towels. Used towels started to smell so we put them into hallway. There was no TV remote. Freezer door was broken witch caused everything in fridge freeze. I booked room with booking.com and...

There was one thing we enjoyed about our stay. I'll tell you about it in just a moment. First, here's what we didn't enjoy: Hidden charges. Read the website carefully. They'll try taking extra tenners off you where they can. Nowhere to park, so unloading has to be done on a busy stretch of road. I've rated the service as...

Stayed here for a week and it was perfect for us. Very friendly and helpful guy on reception, rooms very tidy and fairly modern, cleaner everyday, right in the town centre for food and drink and train station a few minutes walk. Would recommend and stay again.

For £42 a night you can't expect much but in all my stays in guest houses and hotels I have never been told you can only have your towel changed once a week so that's six showers using the same towel, Also only heating is electric blow heater which leaves you dry and groggy

I booked single use of a double room for six nights in New Year's week, and was allocated a first floor room effectively in an extension which the surly receptionist told me on arrival she knew was a cold room. The usual electrical heater had been broken for some time (according to the housekeeper later in week), and two small...

Due to a few personal problems our stay was extended and the manageress could not do enough to help us, amazing customer service, would defiantly recommend and...
