I booked a room last minute through booking.com, had a call from the hotel a little later to advise a booking error meant that they were fully booked, however they had a flat at the hotel that they would make available for the same rate! On arrival had a lovely warm welcome, and had my own fully equipped two bedroom... More

I stayed here for 2 nights - Monday and Tuesday - in a very small single room overlooking the car park. It was not noisy but could be on Friday/Saturday nights. The staff were friendly. I decided to have the hotel breakfast when I paid on arrival to save me having to go to a cafe each morning. Unfortunately that... More

we stayed here as it was near to our friends house who were having a gathering and we didn't want to drive home the same evening. Its situation is good for seeing the whole town. The room we had is a little dated and in need of a little tlc but overall our stay was good. Beds very comfy and... More

This is a lush little boozer with the rooms upstairs. Old fashioned decor which I like. The pub is directly opposite the station as soon as you exit. Perfect location for train travellers. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. I had the large double room which was ideal for size and a very comfortable bed. The shower... More

I stayed at the Railway Hotel last night because I was attending a 50th birthday party nearby. The Victorian pub was nicely turned out and the bar staff were very friendly. The twin bedroom was furnished nicely and had a decent shower in the en- suite. The breakfast the next day was nice (£8 extra though). Recommended.

We had lunch here today and they fitted 11 of us in at very short notice. The food was fantastic - really properly lovely - and the service was so friendly and professional. Our noisy children were looked after and we drunken adults were indulged and made to feel really welcome. Thank you!

This is a very welcoming "Hotel", which is really an Inn with rooms. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and maintained to a good level. The staff in every area are friendly, helpful and always very polite. The breakfasts are on a separate basis, but there are so many places to eat in Faversham which gives a choice for every... More

This is sold as a small double bedroom...but now they have moved the bed it is perfectly adequate and would compare favourably to the average size of a Premier Inn..We use this hotel regularly when visiting family as it is right opposite the railway station and a short walk to the high street....including a Wetherspoons for breakfast. The hotel charges £8... This is a clean, comfortable, well furnished and well maintained hotel. The room had high quality linens / towels. Be adventurous and try something different from the Travelodge! You might get a surprise..

Well, I'm not wishing to critise the main hotel rooms as they are probably great... But we were sold the flat for 90 quid a night and to be be honest it was not to standard. It was obvious that someone was living in these rooms as there was clothes in the wardrobes and a bag of clothes on the... More

I am disappointed to read this. This staff flat is available in emergencies for people who are stuck without a room. We don't advertise it and it is not part of the hotel. It is an empty 2 bed, kitchen, lounge and bathroom staff flat in clean and fair condition. Your complaint that someone was living there would be valid... More
