My daughter and I spent 4 nights at Bull Farm Oast B&B in May, 2016 . We chose it because we wanted to stay in an oast house B&B while in Kent, and Bull Farm is one of few to offer a twin room. What a fortuitous choice! Prue and Andy are a delightful couple who offer superior service and... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Bull Farm Oast. Prue and Andy were so welcoming and friendly and we could have chatted to them for hours. This was our first stop in UK after the long flight from Australia and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The room was roomy, comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were delicious, the... More

This was our second trip to stay with Prue and Andy after feeling so at home the first trip. We arrived after a long trip from Melbourne and Andy was so happy to allow us to heat up a lovely quiche for our meal and go to our beautiful rooms. The rooms are spacious and light and beautifully appointed. Andy... More

This was the last stop on our six week sweep of the UK and it put a ribbon on the top by being the perfect b and b. The entire area, with village of Cranbrook, is picturesque, quiet, and full of charm. Full of charm also describes our wonderful hosts, Prue and Andy, at Bull Farm Oast. I have never... More

I stayed at Bull Farm with my college roommate. We are 20 something-year-old students and adored our weekend at Bull Farm. Andy and Prue were some of the best hosts I have ever encountered. They welcomed us to their B&B with tea and cake and a chat on the front patio, then helped us to plan activities for our stay.... More

Like others we spent a long time searching for a reasonable B&B in Kent centrally placed for most of the attractions, eg Sissinghurst, Hever Castle, Great Dixter and the Kent coast. Having settled on the Cranbrook area we honed our research and eventually found Bull Farm Oast. What a great decision this turned out to be! Prue and Andy were... More

After searching for days on the internet to find a place to stay last weekend, we finally found BULL FARM OAST. What a wonderful typical english place to stay. We were warmly welcomed after a horrible drive through the rain by Prue and Andy. Such lovely enthousiastic people. Everything from the bathroom to having the delicious breakfast was super! Prue... Prue and Andrew are the most welcoming hosts and couldn't do enough to accommodate my Daughter and I during our stay. The room was immaculate and the breakfast superb, especially the freshly baked bread! We shall definitely visit again and would recommend the B&B to anyone visiting the area. TK

We stayed for 2 nights at Bull Farm Oast to visit Sissinghurst gardens and other gardens in the area. The hosts, Andrew and Prue were lovely and very knowledgeable of the gardens in the area. They gave us great advice on where and when to visit as well as info on local places to eat. The room we stayed in... More

We visited Bull Farm Oast in August 2014 from South Africa to attend a wedding, what a wonderful experience to be able to stay at a b&b which feels like a home away from home. Bull Farm Oast B&B is not only a charming, meticulously clean, spacious and inviting boutique country B&B but the warm and inviting hosts Prue, Andrew... More
