We stayed here for six nights in September. We can not elaborate much on previous reveiws, except to agree. Our room (Bramling) was very clean and comfortable, and large enough to have its own sitting area and large bathroom. There was a selection of teas, coffee and a bowl of fresh fruit. A silent fridge contained fresh milk, elderflower cordial... More

This is the third stay for me. Sarah is the ultimate in hosting a B & B. She has a real flair for preserving the old oast into a beautiful B & B. She has a real flair for decorating. The bedrooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. There is homemade Elderberry Cordial in the refridgerator that is to die... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a fantastic experience. We couldn't have wished for anything better, from the beautiful room with very welcome seating area, comfy bed and spotless bathroom to the wonderful, tasty breakfast. Sarah is the perfect hostess, with lots of local knowledge regarding places to visit and dine. Plus, she also makes the most... More

In 1990 Sarah and Nigel Wickham took over an almost derelict oast house on a family farm. They created a home to bring up their family, to run a b& b and for Nigel to run his (mainly) fruit farm. It was a great privilege to be able to spend two nights there. All the praise in the other reviews... More

As Bed and Breakfast owners ourselves, it was a real pleasure to find Sarah and her beautiful home, this is how we would like to find all accommodation when we go away, A comfortable spacious room, with everything we needed and excellent presentation. Our second stay at Hallwood Farm was equally as good as our first. Sarah was an amazing host and her breakfasts were scrumptious. The accommodation was amazing with the most comfortable bed ever. We will be visiting again, a five star B&B (and I am very hard to please!).

Everything about Hallwood farm has that authentic feel about it. From it's 200 acres of orchards, the huge beamed bedrooms or Sarah's fabulous farmhouse breakfasts, guests are treated to the 'real' Kent and not just something for tourists. You are staying in an oasthouse on a working farm with amazing countryside around you and fresh local produce on the table.... More

My husband and I stayed for three nights and were absolutely delighted with our accommodation. There were so many 'extra touches' - elderberry juice, water and milk in fridge; home made cake, kent crisps, apples and biscuits to welcome us. So much information to browse through. Excellent toiletries. Splendid breakfast. Our host was so friendly. I would highly recommend this... More
