We stayed there for the second time and we are sure - this will not be the last stay there. You get a warm welcome and feel like friends of family. Everyone is nice and friendly and you don't want to leave at the end. The house is in a quiet rural area with lots of animals to discover and...

We had 6 nights as guests of Di and John Cleaver in July and would recommend their Farm B and B to all. We had "Jane's Room" which overlooks the large pond and lawns. We really did watch red squirrels every day and also woodpeckers, herons and ducks. Jane has made her very comfortable rooms a haven for weary guests...

We spent a wonderful 3 nights at Newnham Farm. The location is very serene. The house and grounds are stunning and the hosts are very welcoming. The Cleaver family made us feel very much at home, even laying the breakfast table with beautiful baby bowls for our young daughter! Our ensuite room was huge and spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and...

The farm itself was beautiful and serene. Breakfast was spectacular and very delicious. Di and her daughter were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed every minute there....

Top quality rooms with ensuites, and a super breakfast. A quiet location alongside a lake, plenty of parking, and the very helpful owners John and Diana were able to add...

We stayed there for 5 days. It was PERFECT for us - so cosy and quiet. It was really hot the days we spent there and Diana gave us a fan and sheets to make everything comfortable to us. John and Diana were always there for a little chat, they gave us information and advice which was very helpful. The...

Quite the best B&B we have stayed in! Located minutes from the Fishbourne ferry terminal, set in quiet countryside - this beautiful farmhouse B&B is ideal. A very warm welcome; spacious, spotless rooms, towels thicker and fluffier than the "Four Seasons" hotel in San Francisco's, quality toiletries and great home cooking. We stayed with John, Diana and Becky the puppy...
