We spent a very nice family stay in The Caledon Guest House. Very nice and warm welcome from Mark the owner. The guesthouse is well located. The rooms are very clean and modern, and the breakfast is simply delicious.

Fantastic guest house in lovely spot just up the hill from central Cowes - we had a room with an amazing view over the Solent. Nice quiet spot but still close to town. Andrea and Mark are lovely and the breakfast was amazing!

Well maintained. Very clean and food was of an excellent quality. For the last 5 years we have had short breaks on the Island as we love the place. Now we have found the best place to stay with bus stops nearby allowing us to easily get around which is an added bonus. Car now stays at home....

We had a lovely stay at the Caledon in Cowes on 5-7 October. The guest house is a short walk from the ferry terminal and the main high street, with all its restaurants and pubs. It is very clean, modern and comfortable - and the breakfasts are amazing! Despite having a busy schedule themselves over the weekend we stayed, the... More

Really pleasant room, bright and airy. Breakfast was great. Macerator was a bit of a surprise but acceptable. Really good base for a lovely town. Would recommend it to friends. (We took the double en-suite.)

Overall good experience. Rooms are well maintained. Location is nice if you are landing or visiting around the Cowes area. The macerator in the bathroom makes a sharp and loud noise when flushed. Would have been good if forewarned. Breakfast was good but not many options for vegetarians. Stairs can be a bit of bother for elders or others who... More
