Annie's B&B in East Cowes is a beautiful Victorian house, peacefully located near the sea and Osborne House, with some stunning views and generous, mouth watering breakfasts. "We're open all year", says Annie, "and our aim is to offer the weary traveller, a warm welcome with quality accommodation in a good location, at a fair price." There are four en-suite guest rooms - two doubles, a twin and a triple and each has a modern TV, refreshment tray and free WIFI. The front rooms boast views towards Cowes Harbour and the rear mostly show gardens. At under a half mile not only from the East Cowes Ferry Terminal but also from the floating bridge to West Cowes, Annie's is also well situated for many pubs and restaurants. There is also free on street parking as well as some that is off street.
Spent 3 nights during Cowes week. Accommodation was clean and homely, breakfasts were generous and tasty. Annie herself is a very welcoming host and made our stay memorable. On top of this the views from the rooms are beautiful, would certainly visit again.
Me and my husband stayed here as we had a wedding nearby back in May. All the other places they recommended were full and so we found Annie's by researching the internet and we are so glad we found it and I am sure if they knew about her B and B they 100% would have been on the list as the stay was faultless. Annie from the moment we booked was so lovely and helpful with any questions we had and went out of her way to give us information regarding taxis to get to our wedding etc and where to go and visit the next day (as we are not from the area). She made us feel very welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay. Our room and bathroom was spotless and we had a very comfortable stay. We also had a lovely view as we were in the top room. Breakfast was so delicious too! Annies hospitality and stay was 10/10 for everything! Much recommended!
We loved our stay at Annie's which was so handy to Osborne House. The views from our room of the harbour were great. Great location for walks along the beach. The breakfasts were outstanding especially the coffee. Great parking.
We stayed for one night after sailing over from the mainland. Loved our room it was spotlessly clean, cosy and spacious and the bathroom was lovely. Annie was very welcoming and helpful. Lots of extra touches; biscuits, proper coffee, cotton wool pads, shampoo sachets etc., that made our stay a bit more special and comfortable. Great bedding and pillows and really comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent.
We traveled from Portsmouth to Ryde. From Ryde, we took the bus to East Cowes and got off at the Waitrose store. The walk to the B&B was a bit uphill at times, but great for the quads. Our hostess, Annie, was warm and welcoming, eager to help (thanks for the lift to Osborne House), the "Full English" was delicious, filling, and nicely presented. Our room was neat as a pin, the bedding fresh and cozy. Annie recommended an Italian restaurant, Prego, which is definitely worth a visit (not far from the Waitrose - which was handy for snacks and more substantial food items). We stayed two nights.

Oh what a shame! I was brought up in St.Saviour on Jersey and I would have loved to have met you all but I'm afraid I'm fully booked for that period with the exception of one double with ensuite for one night on the 11th June and also for one night on the 14th June; nothing in-between. The double does take a camp bed but I can't believe that either of these odd nights will be of any use to you and I don't know where else to suggest at this late date. Good luck with your search anyway and maybe you'll be able to come over another time.

"Room 7 had a lovely big double bed and overlooked the garden with sea views to the side."
