Shared a twin room for a night when I needed to stay over in Letchworth. It's not the best place I've ever stayed in, but they checked us in fast, the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. For £30 a night each that's about all I'd expect. Handily placed for the train too. If you... More

The hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in. The staff is not friendly at all and has a weird smile as if mocking at you. We checked into the hotel late evening and were so scared for our lives that we checked out in the middle of the night and ran to check into another hotel in Hitchin.... More

Even though we had a telephone conversation with the hotel before arriving for a two night stay, the fact that the restaurant and the bar were both shut was not mentioned. The room was dirty, with no hot water, it had not been maintained with various things broken and not working. The remote for the tv was missing. The noise... More

Stayed here for a few days as not from the area really wished I'd checked trip advisor first!!The rooms were dated and dirty won't return!! I don't think they get cleaned between guests as the sheets weren't very nice!! It's a real shame!! Was so glad to get home

Don't do it... Serious need of a refurb/demolition. Bath room wasn't great an water wasn't very hot or very good pressure. No fresh towels an no breakfast an real security as there was nobody on the front desk 90% of time. Also NOT VAT REGISTERED..

This "Hotel" (if it can be referred as a hotel) was not booked by me but by the firm i work for through Booking.com. Well I complained about being given a twin room and was laughingly upgraded to a family room with two double beds. Well the ensuite needs a refurb. Floor tile grout is coming out. Cupboards falling apart.... More

The beds are on wheels so it moves around the room on the wooden floor. the curtains don't shut properly. moldy bathroom and smells of mold.... More

The worse thing about this place is the drive toward it because it gives you optimism. It's a nice area with one downfall and its the hole you stay in if you make the same mistake I did. Bring a tent and sleep on the green outside probably less chance of bites, mould and more chance of getting reception on a... More

Apart from being welcomed from an arrogant, blunt young man, who slammed everything in sight, the first thing he said was “why you so late?” I decided to ignore him as we just arrived after a 3 hour journey with two young girls and I needed to get them to bed. On entering the building it had a dirty, unsafe... More

Alarm bells ringing as soon I pull in to the carpark. The place looks shabby and run down, damage fencing over grown garden. Walked in the place and a young guy was sitting down eating, he put he's hand up asking me to wait a few minutes later unlocked the door to the room he was sitting in. Showed me... More
