Friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately hotel furnishings looking a little tired But clean. Coffee in room not the best. Bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast average, also served cold tea and coffee.... but this was replaced. Think staff should offer drink refill at breakfast. Needs more attention to detail, both days I had chipped/cracked china, marks on the table cloth.

I stayed here overnight because it was convenient. Very nice grounds. I had a single room which was very comfortable but small. Breakfast not included and overpriced but nice. The layout of the place is very strange. You will find blind alleys stairways to nowhere. Even finding your way out you will get lost. Weird setup all together.

And the friendly service. Des appointed though that they have not changed the Table de Hote menu for a year now. We ended up eating what we had last time we were here, which was very good, but would like something different. On another plus side, the staff are very nice and speak excellent English, where before they other staff...

Good traditional hotel. Comfortable room although shower was unimpressive. Restaurant was very good. I have previously viewed the wait staff here as pretentious as they assume a high standard is presented due the MPW connection. Despite these comments the food was delicious. Sautéed K Prawns fantastic and lamp rump was to die for. Wish I was eating there tonight....

Stayed one night recently on business in the area. Room at the back of the hotel was quiet during the night. Blown bulb in the hallway in the room was an inconvenience as it was quite dark in the corridor to the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was also quite poor. Generally the room was clean and adequate...

This venue looked good online but on arrival it was dingy and the room decor was gaudy. However the bathroom was new and nice and the bed had a great mattress. There was a bit of a garden view. There was no bottles of water on the room. Very noisy room too! The walls seemed paper thin. There nothing grand...

The woman on the front desk was nothing short of vile and rude to every customer I experienced her talking to. To the point where she was obviously judgmental that a person didn't have enough cash to pre authorise his card (his other half did though so where is the issue). Coupled with the over priced breakfast I was massively...

I work for a large company and we use this hotel for our training courses on a regular basis 4-5 times a year each for around 20 people. I can say the Director Bobby is there both day and night I am not sure he sleeps! He is always looking to provide us the personal touch something the bigger hotels...

Stayed 2 nights whilst attending wedding nearby. Given a lovely sized bedroom with twin beds and a sofa. Very grateful to see we had iron and ironing board in our room along with the normal, to, kettle etc. Breakfasts were very good. Staff very pleasant.
