I have also looked into your comments regarding the barman to ensure this doesn't happen again, I can only apologise that he didn't offer the normal high standards of customer service that I expect from my team. Just to double check we have 2 small well behaved dogs coming with us and checking they are permitted

Our staff are expertly trained to handle such requests and can assure you there would have been no ill feeling or altercation with another guest.
