We had a lovely couple of days stay at York lodge, and both my husband and I and our dog were made very welcome by Fiona. The room we had was very clean and spacious, with a huge bed, lovely crisp white sheets and duvet! Lovely breakfast too! Thank you.

Superb bed and breakfast facilities. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and spacious. Brilliant breakfast menu to suit all requirements. Most importantly guests receive a very warm welcome. Lots of information is available about the local area which is a delight to explore.

Having arranged with Fiona to arrive quite late in evening, we received a warm and friendly welcome, and we were made feel at home with tea in our own dining room. A nice small B&B, clean nice rooms and delicious breakfast! Fiona and her Husband are very friendly, the atmosphere is warm and quiet. Safe parking is provided. We'll definitely come again when around!

This is a gem of a b and b. We shall be staying here again without a doubt. Lovely accommodation pleasant settings, and we were made very welcome. Tea coffee and biscuits provided. Own front door which is nice. Secure parking.
