We found the hosts charming and service at breakfast was excellent and quality of cooked food was good you could tell freshly cooked and good quality produce. We had had a superior double room and the bed was huge with everything you could possibly need. Spotless with well stocked tea tray. Surroundings were beautiful both inside and out and although... Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. Everything catered for, Mrs Hughes extremely helpful, suggesting places to visit and places to eat. Do print off the directions to find Ransville Farm House as directed in your confirmation email, we didn't and our sat nav sent us in circles. Enjoy your stay, we did!

We stayed at Ranvilles B&B in the family room for two nights. Mrs Hughes was friendly and helpful, providing a travel cot for for our toddler. The family room was large, clean and well equipped. The children's beds were tucked out of sight of the large double bed, which was perfect for a family room. The kind gestures of apples... More

We arrived earlier than anticipated and was met by our host with the words "you are early and you have woken me up," This was not a good start, From then on everything was very regimented from filling in breakfast forms, to being asked not to all arrive at the same time. If staying here don't stay in The Cellar... More

We stayed here in May 2016 as we were in Southampton for a wedding. We found Ranvilles very welcoming, quite rustic but comfortable. The bed was a Super King and probably one of the most comfortable beds we'd ever slept in. The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept and guest are welcome to roam around and make the place their... More

Lovely overnight stay. Slightly out of town but since we had no car, owners were kind enough to collect and drop us off in town. Room excellently supplied, comfy with everything we could have needed. Breakfast delicious, owners welcoming and friendly.

Ideally situated for the New Forest. We were there with our family and Grand children to visit Peppa Pig World (of course). Ranvilles is a beautiful home run by very attentive and friendly people. Very good and relaxed breakfast. One evening we had a take-away in the dining room. No problem at all. Friendly dogs as well. I would recommend... More

We stayed at Ranvilles weekend of March 4th - 6th. It was very nice and felt like travelling in the middle of last century. Check in was very informal (directed by note to key, then welcomed to rooms by more cunningly placed notes) and the welcome we got the following morning was warm. The house is a fabulous old farm...
