A beautiful farmhouse with Camping and bed and breakfast accommodation - conveniently situated near the South Downs Way and set in lovely countryside. Queen Elizabeth Country Park and Butser Hill are just up the lane. The owner, Sue, provided a delicious full English breakfast served in a dining room full of character.

Detailed Reviews
Had a wonderful stay. Only a small campsite but loads of space . Field next door to play cricket or football. Gorgeous surrounding views. Toilet/shower facilities amazing - personal one for your pitch - felt like having an ensuite!!
We walked to a local pub about 40 mins away.
Dog friendly.

One of our favourite campsites. Just 6 pitches, with a small hedge in-between each, and excellent new shower/toilet facilities (each pitch has its own). Surrounded by beautiful downs countryside, with lovely walks in all directions. Sue and her family are great hosts. Enjoy your stay - and keep an eye out for the barn owl!

What is camping overnight mask on the Bikepacking trip. Me and my son were the only ones there and the weather was torrential. The lady run the site. Let us camp in the shelter which is great because we didn’t have to pack up a tent in the morning. The showers and mushrooms were really clean and the host is really friendly.

We were a party of 17 and our weekend stay at the campsite could not have gone better. As a novice camper, I had to ask Sue a million and one questions which she always answered promptly and with a smile. We all had a chat afterwards about pros and cons and no one could find any cons. We had a great time, kids, adults, dogs and all . We will definitely be back.

The three-night stopover was a surprise birthday present for a person who spent a lot of her younger life living near here. We booked the Garden Room which was excellent for our needs; it's actually much more than just a room though! The location was superb too, both pleasing on the eye and delightful for walking in. Our host, Sue, made sure we had everything we needed and her breakfasts are simply excellent! All in all, it was a great stopover and a fantastic birthday present!

As this was our first time camping, we weren’t sure if we would like it or not but as this campsite was just 6 pitches it was quite a nice experience. There was a very nice view at sunset and you would see the occasional hot air balloon in the evening. It was good that they had fire pits and the owner was very helpful. The toilets were in a very good state. The shower had a wet room floor. The campsite was spacious and there was lots of room to play. Each pitch was well sized and each one was named. There was a washing up room and there was space to put the cars. I would recommend it to frequent campers and first time campers as it is a good campsite to try camping on. ⛺️

We had a lovely stay at Upper Parsonage Farm. On arrival we were greeted with tea and cake. The room was clean and everything we needed and the breakfasts were top quality. Sue was very helpful with her knowledge of the area and booked us in at a local restaurant.

We had 3 really good days staying in the spotlessly clean garden room with a little kitchenette and its own entrance. Sue made us feel most welcome - nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast, and a stunning garden with lots of birds.
Our newish car unfortunately has no spare wheel, and as luck would have it, we had a puncture. Sue was really helpful with the recovery people, and made light of the fact that we finally got a new tyre fitted at 1 am, keeping everybody awake in the process.
Nice pub (The George) just down the road in East Meon, better than the Thomas Lord in West Meon. Fabulous Michelin star dining in JSW at Petersfield.
The real winner is the beautiful South Downs countryside, with a slight downside that the unlit narrow lanes can be somewhat challenging in darkness.
Stay here, and I'm sure you will have a great time. We look forward to the self catering option which should be on stream next year.

A beautiful site, a gorgeous house and a thoughtful and friendly host made this a lovely holiday. We stayed in the garden room which had its own entrance through a tiny but well equipped kitchen. The bedroom was spacious with French doors on to a large enclosed garden, overlooking the thatched barn which is available for wedding receptions, and with an en-suite shower room. We were amazed to learn that the house was built by the owners just 12 years ago as it looks like it has been there for well over 100 years. Sue trained in catering and it is evident in her breakfasts with home made jams and lemon curd.
I can't fault a single thing. I have stayed in many great b and b's and this is up there at the top. Go and enjoy!

Beautiful setting, luxurious en suite room set in its own cottage, superb breakfast, and lovely welcome from Jane and her family. Went there for two nights.
Not a house in sight with the farm set in gorgeous valley. Close to pretty country villages and walks. Will definitely go back. Want to try out a night in the romantic shepherds hut.
