I have been promising myself for about 30 years, that I would go and stay at Chewton Glen. I have just stayed there with my girlfriend for two nights. The whole experience from arrival to departure was beyond excellent. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and as they

Really lovely venue, the room was stunning with amazing outlook over the lawn. Beautiful property. Service in the restaurant was slow and not attentive. Food was great but too long between courses, for the money it was lacking the small touches.

We stayed in a treehouse for a long week-end for my wife's 60th including our 2 children, partners and Bruno our Maltese ShihTzu. It was a fabulously lazy week-end including hot tubs, a champagne afternoon tea, HUGE breakfast delivered and set up for us. We chose the less

Great! Make sure you go to the Main Car Park and not the Spa Car Park. If you turn left on entering the Main Car Park you will see the unit at the end of the Car Park. There is a reserved space for charging. You can then access the Spa via the main Hotel Reception. Safe travels!!!

Hi I'm not sure if you've contacted the hotel direct, but I would recommend you do so. Their customer service is beyond compare and I am sure they would find a way of providing you with an excellent experience.

You can catch a train from Waterloo Station direct to New Milton and there is a cab company just across from the exit. I am sure the hotel would organise a pick up for you but you would have to phone them at the same time that you ask about their interconnecting doors. Tip : try not to travel on a Sunday….there are usually works on the line incurring long delays and changes.
