We needed a quiet overnight stay for a stop over between us and Southampton, this ticked all of the boxes for us leaving us less than 1 hours travel the next day. The only issue I had is we did not get the rooms we had booked, I asked for 2 adjoining rooms as we were travelling with Family who...

The place is looking much much better since the recent refurbishment, and the new beds, chairs, carpets, windows etc.. add to a nicer experience. The type of work carried out meant a lot of disruption to the hotel, however its effect on customers was minimised as much as possible by the way the refurbishment was managed. In particular the manageress...

Fantastic service! The people who attend to the rooms & the duty manager were all on the same page. Helpful cheerful & attentive . Good handy location for Ancells business park, building is in good state of repairs with clean tidy and well kept rooms. However, don't expect it to provide more than these basics. Beds were hard, could not get an iron for love nor money and you will hear every noise in the corridors from the creaky floors, doors banging etc. Local...

I've stayed in travelodge hotels many times on business and leisure. The Fleet travelodge was less than average! The bed was horrendously uncomfortable, the hotel is next to a maintain line so approximately every half hour we were getting woken up by s train thundering past. The extractor fan in the bathroom also sounded like a pneumatic drill! Do your...

We were the other side of the hotel from the frequent trains. Nice to be next to a pub and garage where we could get papers etc. It would be helpful if the no 9 bus was mentioned . Bus stop through a path in the hedge at far corner of Travelodge.
