I stay regularly and consider it to be a bit of a home away from home. It is a nice and friendly B&B, so expect to ring to be let in - but when you're in you'll be treated as a welcomed guest and shown straight to your room (other nearby hotels demand all sorts of paper filling, which you'll... Large room, very good bed, decent table at which to work. There was even a small fridge. Excellent service, really helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Just the standard you need when working away from home.

We needed a room for 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 20 months and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was clean and had all the facilities needed. The house is impressive and the welcome friendly. Breakfast was very good - lots on offer and with quality sausages and REAL coffee! Very friendly service... More

My partner and I stayed here for one night (partner's birthday) whilst staying in Fareham to visit my daughter and also to back to the Dockyard. I know Fareham well having lived here as a child, so knew that the High Street is full of beautiful, historic buildings and is fairly quiet traffic-wise. The Trafalgar is one of these buildings;... A pleasant welcome and a very comfortable room however breakfast was marred by having no choice but to sit beneath the loud television because the empty tables had not been cleared. To get to the cereal counter was an obstacle course around the other guests only to then walk to the other side of the room for the milk! I... More

Nice large room, bathroom a little small but okay. Good bed. Property is well located, our room was downstairs at front but double window meant we did not hear any street noise. Hosts were lovely and breakfast superb. There is also a nice outside area at the back and off street parking.

Beautiful rooms, great welcome, fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip down south. Loved the place and the friendly staff. And please try the lardy cakes when in Fareham.

Me and the wife just spent 2 nights at the trafalgar and couldn't fault it, I would recommend it to anyone. Parking is easy down an entry to the back of the premises. The breakfasts are great with lots of options. Staff are friendly as is the dog!

The Trafalgar Guest House, Checking in to a warm and welcoming environment! Staff are warm friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely large room with a super sized four poster bed. Everything in the room was high standard. And a Spacious ensuite! You have access to a large rear garden which is maintained to a high standard. Large rear... More

We stayed for two nights and found the beds comfortable, the rooms quiet and good bathroom facilities. Lots of parking behind the hotel through an arch. The breakfasts were very good, cooked to order and cheerful & efficient service. The bacon was good the scrambled eggs not so much, I would recommend poached or fried, everything else was excellent.
