We stayed overnight after a party and for the price I would say it was fair value. The staff were very good with a warm welcome. The room was very warm when we walked in and I must say very small, It was well equipped with all the usual equipment but ironing a shirt did prove a little bit of...

We were then moved to a ground floor room at the back. This only had one chair, but another...

Booked this hotel so that we could visit relatives and enjoy a glass of wine without worrying about driving. We left our car at my mum's house in Alton, stayed the night at the hotel and then I walked back to collect our car in the morning. I waited outside in the car for 10 minutes whilst my husband packed...

Went to the wake of a dear friend/colleague and the hotel which was not only very impressive and had obviously been refurb quite recently as everything was crisp and clean. Had a coffee in the lounge area and the staff were VERY friendly and helpful, and made a good cup of coffee. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to...

Incredibly helpful staff nothing was a problem. The refurbished interior has given it a well deserved lift. Clean and comfortable. Home cooked carvery with lots of choice was very nice. The Sunday carvery is a must to try out. Just have to remember to check in car registration at reception on arrival so as not to get clamped or fined...
