After reading previous reviews was a little concerned, but found it clean ,and staff very friendly and helpful it says five minute walk to arena but wouldn't recommend it as its a very busy road so asked for a taxi number and straightaway the lady on reception said I ring one and it arrived very quickly,, didn't eat here so...

I don't normally write reviews, however ... I booked at this hotel for Thursday 25th May following my planned visit to the Manchester Arena for the Take That concert. It was a no-cancellation room which under normal circumstances would have been ok. I have cancelled this today due to the tragic events that have occurred and I no longer require...

A 10 minute walk from the hotel to Deansgate is probably the best thing to say about the hotel! The rooms are basic but clean. A little curly round the edges but somewhere to lay your head. You get what you pay for I suppose. The staff were friendly and welcoming but the walls are thin and there was quite...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights last week. The staff were friendly and the room was more than adequate for my needs. There was a nice TV with lots of channels that I didn't have the time to watch but it was nice having the choice. Good wardrobe space, tea and coffee, kettle, hairdryer (which I didn't use...

Stayed here for 3 nights & had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very close to Manchester Arena, the Arndale shopping centre & the city centre. Free parking provided site at the hotel & breakfast can be included in your room package or bought on the day. We didn't go for the breakfast as £8.99 seemed a little expensive...

Average rating but for the price & proximity & free parking would be difficult to find better value. A number of issues but as long as you don't expect too much this is ideal for an overnighter or a weekend to city. Staff are good. The breakfast is not included we did pay for the English breakfast £8.95 it was sufficient...

Considering the low price of the rooms, this is a decent location in walking distance (or a cheap taxi ride) from the centre of the city and lots of popular locations just outside of the centre such as the Manchester Arena. It's got all the amenities, tidy bar/restaurant, decent sized car park, tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast wasn't included...

Due to very busy Manchester over Bank Holiday weekend we almost had to book this hotel and at £164 for room only for the night it was overly expensive (considering it's normal price). However, nothing really to complain about. The hotel is what it is, basic accommodation but clean and tidy with all the facilities you would require from a...

WE chose this hotel because it was perfectly located for our visits to Manchester House restaurant and The Arena. Sadly, that's the best thing I can say about this hotel. The service was really nice and friendly though in all fairness. We got rooms facing the street and there was a construction site right across the road which was really...
