I stayed here one night 21/1/2017 with my son in a twin room. Check in was very quick and the guy was extremely friendly and informative. The room was very clean and the beds are extremely comply. We were on the road side of the hotel but we're not disturbed by any road noise. I need total silence to sleep...

Just spent the night at this Hotel. Lovely Rooms very clean and comfortable. Loads of extras - coffee, biscuits, iron, ironing board, fridge, tv. Rooms at the back have views over the canal. Breakfast - great. Croissants, full English, fruit, yogurt, unlimited tea & coffee. Slight confusion at check in but this was apparently down to booking.com. Great location, directly...

Easy check in. Lovely room, 406, looking over the Salford Quay. Clean, comfortable, good value. Central location, took tram and was in the hub of the city within five minutes. £5 for an all day travelcard. Relaxing atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking. Breakfast at £10 is fantastic value and set me up for the day. Really relaxed and...

Stayed here on business and never again. The signs were there when on check in (which was very slow, only one member of staff on reception with a queue of 6 people) when I got to check in to be told there had been some issue with my booking & they had no double rooms for me. I'd have to...

You never get a second chance to make a first impression, they say. And it's with this truth in mind that they could do with reviewing every element of their offering. From the drab reception - which was probably state of the art when anyone last paid any attention to it in 1983 - to the 'welcome' the staff provide...

Room very comfortable and great view out to Manchester but I've got to say the general customer service was generally very poor/slow during our stay. 1. Friday night waiting to be served at the bar but no one there, told by the receptionist/security that there were 2 members of staff working in and around the bar delivering room service to...

Spent one night here for business. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable and reasonably appointed with only one or two very minor decorative flaws. Evening meal in the restaurant with colleagues was good. Everyone ate everything on their plates. Waitress was efficient with service but we didn't linger as it was quite cold in there. Had a good...
