My partner and myself stayed at Stonehouse Court in the first weekend of December for a Cotswolds visit. Coming up to the hotel, it looked lovely - a really nice 17th Century house with some impressive grounds, and the decor was everything you'd expect from an old estate (whilst not appearing dilapidated or being too musty). The front of house...

We stayed at the Stonehouse Court on a Friday evening in December. The approach to the hotel is very impressive and the old part of the hotel has some great features. We were checked in very efficiently, we had reserved a room in the old Manor House and were welcomed and allocated a 4 poster room ( room 4) which...

We spent 3 nights in this hotel: a very old building with lots of history in lovely surroundings. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was large and a little chilly (well it was the coldest spell of the winter so far at -7C) and the bathroom had no heating at all and was like an ice pack but I gather...

What a pleasure it was to stay for 2 nights at the Stonehouse Court Hotel. The place has lovely 'manor house' atmosphere, with a large open fireplace in the reception. How many modern, bland hotels can boast that these days? The staff were friendly and attentive too. I had a meal in the restaurant with my daughter and was surprised...

Came here for dinner couple of weeks ago, safe to say, lovely food! Ordered the beer battered fish, assumed it would come out in the slightly crispy battered way you normally get, but this batter was done just before it hits the crisp, so kinda soft batter if that makes sense ?! Either way, it hit the spot, would happily...

I stayed in the modern block for the night before my wedding which was vey comfortable if a long walk along and then up flights of stairs with wedding attire. The food is excellent here if pricier than average, but then it was our wedding! The bridal suite is in the old part of the hotel and is very spacious...

Attended the opening evening of the new brasserie at Stonehouse court hotel. We were so impressed with the new look. Beautiful modern lighting and furnishings. The staff were so attentive. They were helpful, polite and professional . The brasserie was busy and yet there were staff on hand all evening. The new menu was very impressive and both my husband...

We stopped at this hotel for 2 nights, and yes it is a little dated in areas but when the redecoration is complete I would imagine you couldn't find any where better in the area. It's so handy for the M5 and a good base for the surrounding area. The staff are lovely and what a beautiful building and grounds....

Arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday, checked in and went for a stroll along the canal which runs along the back of the hotel. great to see the work being done to restore the waterway. We had such a fantastic meal when we visited on 30th October. The service was fantastic and nothing was too much for us.
