Gleneagles I've been there many a time an absolute beautiful setting which did not live up to my expectations today. We booked our breakfast for 10 we finally got our meal nearly an hour late items missing which I heard also happened on a neighbouring table eggs overcooked just a total disappointment we will not be going again. Shame !!!!!!

Stayed here as we were having our wedding reception. We stayed in the Estuary Suite on Saturday 12 December and the room was perfect. It was clean, tidy, it has coffee and tea amenities, the ensuite bathroom was so clean. It also had two TVs - one for the 'living room area' and the other for the bedroom area. There's also a hairdryer which is very handy and there was also an ironing board and iron available upon request. This was very handy for me and my family as they needed to press their suits again. This is also very well located with parking easy to find. The best bit for me is, the little sitting area on the what I would call an inside balcony, has a little table and two chairs over looking the sea! The views were just breathtaking and the sunrise was something I've never seen before! The bed was very comfortable and my husband and I slept like babies! The pillows were so soft. The next morning, we all had breakfast downstairs. I don't think I've ever had so much food! It was so nice and cooked to perfection! This was such an amazing stay, we want to make this an anniversary trip! Honestly, my family might do the same!

Owners were insolent and cutting. Penny seems to have grown to hate the place and it shows. Rooms were ok, nice view and good location to the high street and sea front. Would not recommend purely based on the terrible service

Friendly, lovely people. Greeted by someone referred to as Sally. Very friendly and helpful. Great food and great views. A super place to go for lunch. Love it there. Covid rules are respected and track and trace details were in place. I wouldn't hesitate about recommending it.
