Firstly please accept my sincere apologies for the unacceptable situation encountered on the day of your stay and the subsequent inconvenience caused. I can fully emphasize with you that this situation should not have happened and following some further investigation I can confirm that due to a systems error the room in question was double assigned. I would like to stress that this kind of issue has never occurred before and further checks have been introduced to ensure that it will not happen again. The safety of our guests and associates alike has and always will be our top priority It is regrettable that the interaction with our duty manager was perceived as lacking professionalism and empathy and I can assure you that this was by no means intended as Daniela merely tried to assist in what was a stressful situation for all parties concerned. I was pleased to learn that a new room was assigned very quickly and a gesture of goodwill extended, which is currently being followed up. Rest assured that your breakfast comments have been passed to the relevant departments as well for further review. Once again our apologies for the unfortunate situation and I do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcoming you again in the future.

Dear satan95 Thank you for posting your feedback here on Tripadvisor following your recent stay at our hotel. I can confirm that your booking did not include breakfast and from what we can see it clearly states on the confirmation that breakfast per person for our full buffet can be added on check in if required. As such a charge had been levied for the breakfast taken and deducted from the deposit left at check in. On the day of check out my reception manager was already dealing with a guest when you approached the desk and whilst trying to answer your questions was still attending the guest that was there. It is regrettable that you felt rushed, however, we are attending to our guests one by one to ensure a smooth check-out experience. Please note that the deposit refund made is correct and that no further payments will be made. Rest assured your additional comments about the room and decor of the hotel have been taken on board and will be further reviewed by the relevant heads of Department. Once again thank you for your feedback
