We stayed 2 nights in room 1. The room was generally well appointed with all the basics provided. However the lack of a writing area in that room would have made it difficult if on business and one needed to work on a laptop. Also the mattress was a bit thin which made it very firm on the bed base... More

Everyone working there was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We were even able to stay longer in Clacton by a few hours than we had... More

This little place was beyond expectations. It was clean even down to the finest details and the little touches in room was helpful. Even the toilet paper was the best kind. Shower was great. Breakfast was fantastic....went back a second night after stopping off in a disastrous Frinton detour

Booked the family room with my wife and 2 grandchildren. Room excellent, great breakfast and friendly owners so highly recommend it. The location is central but also far enough away to have a quiet nights sleep.

After looking at various reviews on trip advisor for b&b accommodation in Clacton on Sea we prompted for the Adelaide Guesthouse and we were not disappointed. On arrival at the property the outside is very well maintained, clean and tidy with parking facilities on both the driveway or the road (road parking is unlimited between 6pm and 9am and free)....
