Stayed at the sussex hotel for one night. Pre booked as looked cheap n cheerful. Oh dear me what a mistake filthy pub which had rooms above equally as shabby. Dirty shower, with dirty towel left in it food on floor vomit on side of single bed. My daughter refused to use bathroom. As a family we didn't partake of...

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (though would benefit from updating.) TV, refreshment tray, free wifi. Bathroom was clean, had a good shower and supply of towels. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, cooked to order but portions a bit on the small side. I was charged an extra £2 as they said Booking .com always got the prices...

We were booked in for just an overnight stay and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The double room was bright and sunny, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Essentially it is a nice large pub with hotel accommodation. We had a lovely evening meal and a fantastic breakfast. I couldn't praise Stan & Leane our...

Check- in was in the pub below the so called hotel. The accommodation was not what we had booked and confirmed. " must have made a...

The owners were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, room was clean and shower room new and did the job. It was dog friendly and they even gave her breakfast too!!!! Downstairs is a little dated but I believe they have only had it for nine weeks, so give them a chance.

Stayed here for 2 nights when we visited Bexhill for a family function. Although the building is an old traditional pub, it was more than fine for the time we were there. The chap who runs the place told us he had only been there for several weeks and it was work in progress. Our double room was freshly decorated...
