Dont go at weekends karioki went on to 2 40 in the morning saturday a group till 12 30 sunday karioki from 6 till midnight did not know no breakfast till.day before back of hotel filthy went home really disapointed not going again

On arriving the whole bar area was in complete chaos - Was told they have an auction tonight ????? - Waited for staff which then took my card payment and gave me my room keys - No other instruction but to where the room was....More
Couldn't fault the room-spacious, clean and comfortable beds,and an excellent shower. Car parking is available. Located near the coast and lots of shops nearby. Unfortunately no breakfast as the oven wasn't working. But £20 knocked off the bill to compensate.

Buses go from Bexhill Rail station (which isn't far from the hotel) to Battle and to Hastings. I think you'll have to change at Hastings for a bus to Rye.
You can also go by train to Rye and to Battle changing at St Leonards
