We cannot praise this hotel enough. The food, accommodation, staff, atmosphere and cleanliness is way beyond expectations and excels many well known expensive establishments in London and Abroad. Our stay was wonderful, we were made very welcome and no effort was spared to ensure our honeymoon was memorable. The restaurant is exceptional with polite, friendly and well trained staff. The...

Lovely food, even better service. Chicken skewers were delicious but most impressed with the waiter 'Reece' who couldn't do enough for us and told us all about what you have on offer and recommended some great food from the menu including the specials. It was great to have such lovely service with a smile even though the weather wasn't the...

Had a wonderful family birthday meal here on Sunday. Nothing was too much trouble. We were a party of 16-13 adults and 3 small children. Philomena looked after us and she was excellent. One of my small Grandchildren cannot have dairy, and the only dessert on the children's menu was ice cream..a very definite no...she managed to find something else...

We had an excellent meal at the Brasserie at Cooden Beach Hotel. The location is lovely on the seafront. The food was super, notably the steak on the stone and the Dover sole. The waiting staff were very attentive and all under the expert direction of the Maitre d' Andre who was very charming and professional.

We had booked the Herbrand room for mums 60th Birthday celebrations for 22 adults to have afternoon tea. I dealt with Debbie who was lovely and very approachable to discuss plans with. The room itself was the perfect size for the amount of adults we had. The set up was perfect and the tablecloths were a nice finishing touch. Christopher...
