Took my daughter away to Stream House and her baby son, my grandson, for a break. EXCELLENT location. EXCELLENT B&B. Owners Fiona and Keith are extremely welcoming. This will be a regular for me. This is my second stay in the tiny cottage. I love it.

We had a fantastic 3 nights here with wonderful weather too! The self-contained accommodation gives you privacy with beautiful surroundings. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. There is so much history in the area, so lots to explore. We made the most of our National Trust membership and visited 3 sites. Rye was a beautiful town too, we recommend a... More

Beautiful peaceful place to stay near Battle. Gorgeous little cottage in grounds of 1560s house, overlooking restored meadows, grazing sheep etc. All mod cons, everything you need provided and Fiona & Keith great hosts, would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again some time.

I couldn't recommend staying at the Stream House, enough! Set in a mesmerizing landscape of beautiful fields it really personifies an English country B&B. Fiona and Keith were so lovely and accommodating and the Stream House is very charming with all the amenities you could need. It's a great distance to Battle and a wonderful sanctuary!

This is the second time we have used this B & B. It is well located 10 minutes walk from Battle and close to the A21 to get to the M25. Unit is comfortable, with small lounge , good bed and shower. Simple breakfast provide with farm fresh eggs available. Good free WiFi also provided

A really lovely stay. I can only reiterate what others have said. The accommodation though small is comfortable and clean and Fiona and Keith (really nice people!) ensure there are plenty of provisions available for breakfast. Lashings of hot water available for showers and lovely soft towels to wrap yourself in. Another plus, as far as we are concerned, is... More

A peaceful rural location with a very comfortable separate cottage. Generous breakfast provisions added to the already comfortable accommodation. Hosts Keith & Fiona are very friendly and welcoming - happy to respond to your requests. The location means that the cottage is quiet and restful. There is a significant collectio of books and magazinesto read which are very helpful to... More

Travelled to England on holiday from Australia and this was a fabulous find just what you imagine an English B&B to be, so cosy with beautiful views. The accommodation was perfect and Keith and Fi were terrific and couldn't do enough for us. We have stayed here twice and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling from Australia as a...
