We always love having lunch at the Bell where the welcome is warm and genuine. The food is well cooked and the portions generous and the log fires in the bar area warm and cosy after a long dog walk on the beach, river or...More

Popped in for lunch after crabbing with kids & were made as welcome as wind in a wet suit. The bar staff were unpleasant from the off. The food was average & one dish never materialised. Not what you want on a family holiday!

The food was fine although certainly nothing special given the relatively high cost. Food arrived quickly after ordering however was uninspiring. Would not rush back although there wasn’t anything particularly bad just felt average, at a price.
