Not a lot of choice as this seems to be the only hotel in Wymondham. £190 for 2 nights without even a breakfast is way too much. The room (4) was nice and comfortable although way too crammed with furniture. Bathroom was old and needs refurb. The lady on reception was the high spot of our stay. She went out...

I stayed here for three nights; it seemed to be the only option in town. First difficulty (not the hotel's fault, of course), negotiating Wymondham's one way system. The hotel is very central. Entrance usually via the ground floor restaurant. Receptionist showed me the room, and how to use the keypad lock. Serious problems later on! Because of poor lighting...

I am stuck for words how to describe this hotel!!! £95 for one night with no breakfast available! Room seemed like we were staying in someone's living accommodation as there was so much unnecessary furniture in the room including a display cabinet with cheap cups & saucers etc, a large drop-leaf table with dining chairs, occasional tables, footstool, sofa, armchair,...

This hotel wasn't what we were expecting from a hotel. There was no breakfast included in the price. We paid £95 for one night,. The room was big but there was far too much furniture in the room making it too cluttered and small. The room was cold when we arrived so tthe heating was turned on by the receptionist...

It's a bit unrealistic to describe the Townhouse as a hotel as it offers none of the services you might expect - breakfast, for example, or a staffed reception.. It's more of a restaurant with rooms except the restaurant is run independently from the rooms. There are plenty of local cafes for breakfast, but, sadly, not on a Sunday, when...

The bedroom was comfy and welcoming with thoughtful touches. The bathroom was clean and had a bath and shower. The staff were very friendly. Great proximity to local places of interest (including pubs!).

We stayed for a family event and only for one night. We were extremely disappointed as the room was very dated and the bathroom had a funny smell with cracked tiles. There wasn't any staff on site over night, so if there was an issue no one would be able to deal with it. After an accidental breakage due to...

We stayed for one night to attend a local wedding. The room was beautifully decorated with lots of amenities, from snacks to shower gel. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a very restful sleep following a busy day. Best of all, the hotel owner was so friendly and relaxed about check-in and check-out times. We were able to...

We stayed one night for the 1940 weekend on nearby MId Norfolk Railway. An excellent location, with parking, right at the heart of Wymondham. A friendly welcome and we were able to access our room early which left us free to explore. The room was clean and comfy with lovely extras. Nice mugs, plenty of tea and coffee, cereal bars,...

Clean, well presented hotel with staff offering a very friendly welcome. The hotel is ideally placed in the centre of town with a small car park to the rear. Within easy walking distance to the Abbey and station. The room, number 11 on the top floor, was small but contained every amenity required including iron and ironing board, fridge, TV,...
