this is a great B&B. Lovely people, very hospitable, very clean and comfortable and seem genuinely interested in you and making your stay a great one. Hunstanton has also retained charm and hasn't become too "Farrow and Ball" yet which is good !

Me and my partner stayed for one night on the bank holiday with my 2 year old daughter, they moved furniture to accommodate the travel cot, made a kid friendly breakfast and treated her like family, the room was loverly, comfortable, clean with a good selection of drinks in the room and bottled water. We visited Hunstanton on our way home from North Yorks Dales and hadn't actually booked anywhere to stay for the night. We looked at a couple of B & B's that were full, and then we came across Eton Lodge and on the off chance asked if they had a room just for the night. They couldn't have been more...

I would 100% recommend this B&B! The best thing about it is the breakfast! I very much appreciated the fact that you could create your own breakfast, selecting which items you did and didnt want. The menu was very unique - offering things that many places dont such as the apple fritters and french toast, it was the first time...

This is a small sophisticated B/B run by husband and wife and situated 500 yds from the beach and the small town centre. It is spotlessly clean throughout. The room had spacious en suite facilities additionally there was a small fridge with complimentary water and fresh milk (not cartons) as well as coffee/tea etc. The owners have put together an...

Yes you can believe the other reviews. We stayed here for a couple of nights with our parents and everything was great. Great hosts, lovely room, super breakfasts, and a great location in Hunstanton. The only blemish was a couple of issues with fixtures and fitting in our room, but this didn't detract from the experience. Maybe I'll hesitate to...

Review after review that all say the same thing, at a very reasonable price. With Caren and Stewart you could not have hoped for any better hosts and one of the best quality local produce B&B breakfasts you will ever have. One big tip. Do not leave this place without trying their fab Soufflé Omelettes for breakfast! Superb. Enjoy. Peter

We have stayed there twice in 2009 and thoroughly enjoy enjoyed our stay. We're going again this year and are looking forward to the the impressive breakfasts which are second to none and have not experienced any better elsewhere. The choice is outstanding and wouldn't look out of place in a top London Hotel. Caren and Stewart are very nice...
