Unexpectedly delighted to find we were staying in the previous home of Herbert Ibberson. The Gables retains many of the original features including wooden panelling, leaded windows and I think the gate is original too. Many houses close by are well worth a look and Boston Square very well designed and kept. Sunset's amazing with paragliders zooming through the air... More

The rooms are clean and well appointed. Excellent breakfast, with a good choice. Rooms were remade everyday and the beds were comfortable. Linda was welcoming and helpful. Only thing it needs are new thicker curtains.

This hotel provides the perfect base for exploring Hunstanton. The rooms are very clean and provide everything you might need. Owner is very welcoming and friendly and cooks an amazing breakfast. Absolutely no fault to be found would recommend to anyone wanting a break away.

Despite having no allocated parking, on street parking was readily available directly adjacent to the property. The room was comfortable, freshly decorated and very clean. We had room 5 which a good view of Boston Sensory Park with the sea in the distance. Excellent well cooked and hot full English breakfast with choices if that is too much. It is... More

Very comfortable guesthouse at a reasonable price. Excellent location in a quiet street, but 5 minutes walk to the cliffs, or the town centre. A good breakfast and a warm welcome. Grateful to Oliver (the cat) for guiding us to our room each night! Highly recommended.
