Relaxing and beautiful place to stay for a break... We recently stayed in Blackberry barn for three nights.. We were absolutely thrilled with our barn we savoured and loved every minute of our stay there. The bread and drizzle cake was a nice touch..... We certainly would recommend this lovely barn and setting for a relaxing uncomplicated break....we would love... More

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in Primrose barn and we loved it. Can't wait to return. On our arrival we were met by John, he showed us around and left us with fresh home baked bread and lemon cake. The barn was well equipped and tea, coffee, sugar, milk and butter all supplied. Lovely fluffy white... More

Just returned from a five day break at White Horse Farm, and must say, we've discovered something of a gem. My wife and I have stayed in more "Premium" barn conversions and cottages than we care to remember but this establishment is up there with the absolute best. Idyllic setting, beautifully manicured gardens, top class accommodation all of which demonstrates... More

We arrived on a Friday evening after a 3 hour journey from London, the fire was lit and the barn was cosy for our arrival with our dinner warming in the oven, perfect!! We stayed in primrose barn which was just as per the website and a perfect place to escape for a long weekend away from London. Would highly... More

This is our fifth visit here with our two dogs. We have stayed in cowslip barn, blackberry barn and latterly primrose barn and they are all fantastic. We stayed in primrose this time as our friends stayed in cowslip and we wanted a slightly bigger barn for dinner. All the barns are beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything... We stayed at White Horse Farm for our 1st wedding anniversary and were very impressed with everything about this magical retreat. The accomodation (we stayed in Sweet Pea) was just as pictured and described and had a beautifully romantic feel to it. The hosts were very welcoming and John was very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for him.... More

A great place to stay. Accommodation is clean & comfortable & the breakfasts are superb. It's off the beaten track, so lovely & quiet. If you're into star gazing, bring your kit with you, as the skies are marvellously dark.

It's not often that I write a review after a holiday but I feel compelled to this time! My husband and I have recently spent a few delightful days in Primrose Barn. We desperately needed a break, some peace and tranquility, and we found it with unexpected extras! The standard of accommodation is extremely high, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. My... More

We are just home from a lovely week in Blackberry Barn. The owners, John and Louise, and Donna their excellent housekeeper, seem to have thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. The barns have the feel of comfortable luxury and are very well maintained, set on the outskirts of a quiet village, on a road that really seems... More

We stayed in the cosy and spacious Primrose cottage. The welcome Lemon Drizzle cake was the best I have ever tasted. The quality appliances and bed were what one would expect from a premium priced accommodation. The walk-in shower is impressive but unfortunately, not the loose toilet seat. I do agree with a previous reviewer that an Information booklet of... More
