My daughter and I stayed while she zip wired off Halppisburgh Lighthouse. Rosie made us very welcome and even came to watch! She also gave good advice about where to see seals, where to eat and places to visit. Our room was in the barn which was great for us as we wanted time together and there was a lovely... More

We stayed here to take my Mother in Law to see some of her good friends who live in Happisburgh. Although we were unable to get breakfast here on this occasion, our lovely host left us some beautiful cake and we were also left plenty of Tea, coffee, etc so we could make drinks when needed. The gentileman who normally... More

Very warm welcome with tea and homemade cake, especially appreciated following a trip to watch the Seals at Horsey. Room in barn conversion comfortable with en-suite bath etc. Nice & snug. Home cooked dinner using very local ingredients, and served in wonderful panelled dining room. Excellent value for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Highly recommended

All Bed and Breakfast should be like this. A warm welcome from Rosie not only on arrival but when I got back everyday I was there. Nothing too much trouble, breakfast was delicious, homemade cake left for the guests! What more can you ask for?

wow! This B and B comprised a stunning farmhouse and converted barn, both beautifully restored and looked after. I thoroughly enjoyed me stay in this gorgeous setting amid suitable beautiful countryside. The food too was superb. I could not have asked for better from friendly and caring hostess Rosie. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,

Rosie was wonderful and made us feel home straight away. We had the barn to ourselves: 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a great living room, where we lit a fire and crashed out after bird-spotting in the broads and watching the seals on the beach just down the road. It is a truly lovely spot. Really comfortable, very reasonable and... More

We booked the barn at the last minute, and despite some confusion (from me!) about how many of us were going, Rosie was amazingly accommodating. We had two rooms in the barn, one on the ground floor and our daughter had the upstairs room directly above. Both rooms were beautifully set out, a shower en suite in ours and a... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days at Manor Farmhouse, thank you Rosie and David for a warm welcome, a very good room and excellent breakfasts, it was my first visit to North Norfolk and I benefited from Rosie's intensive knowledge of the area. Thank you. Daniele and Roger
