Splendid hotel with warm atmosphere. Very hospitality owners. very nice view for the town and sea. Everyday new towels and comfortable beds. we very much liked the hotel inside with all the details so nice and connected with Greek atmosphere. Also Maro and Kosmas doing everything so that our holidays in Tinos was wonderful and unforgettable.

I stayed at the Voreades for a long weekend and I remained charmed by the hospitality of Ms Maro and her son Kosmas! I was welcomed with a cool beverage (it was heaven-sent on such a humid and hot spring day!) and then Kosmas sat down with us to plan a full-on itinerary for our short stay. The rooms are... More

I definitely recommend this family run small hotel. The lady that runs it is wonderful. We loved the rooms. It is near the city centre but quite tranquil and decorated with a special taste and personality.

What a wonderful place to stay in Tinos. We were welcomed by Kosmas and his mom. We were served Raki while Kosmas showed us on a map all the interesting places to stay. The rooms were wonderful, each with a balcony. Breakfast was served by Maro; cheese, meats, breads, homemade marmalade, hot coffee, juice and so much more. Hotel is... More

Kosmas (sp?) is outstandingly friendly and committed to customer service. He made me a great Greek Coffee every morning at breakfast. When I broke a curtain rod opening a door to the balcony of my room I sheepishly brought it to him and he laughed and said "$500 Euros only". Then he fixed it that day and never said another... If you are tired of cookie-cutter hotels, try Voreades. The hotel itself is very unique, and the rooms are charming and cozy, with a great deal of attention paid to small details. The hotel is made from two old houses, put together, creating a lovely atrium between them. The hotel is easy walking distance from town and rooms on the... More

This lovely little inn matches its owner in its grace and charm. Maro, a warm and elegant woman who speaks fluent French and her son Kosmas, fluent in English, were our hosts. Vorades has a great location near the center of Tinos town, with balconies overlooking either the sea, a lovely courtyard, or traditional gleaming white roof gardens. A simple... More

The hotel is on the rustic side with its aesthetic and amenities. Water is solar heated so the shower has low water pressure, and there is a strong stone/brick theme to the decor (which I like, but contributes to the rustic feel). However the owners obviously care quite a great deal about this labour of love, and it shows. The... More

We visited Tinos and stayed at Voreades Hotel in April and loved it. Clean room, wonderful view from the balcony, tasty breakfast, and friendly and helpful hosts, Maro and Kosmas. Our hosts suggested a car hire place around the corner from the hotel, and we toured the beautiful villages of the island. This tour was a real highlight. The villages... More

We made Boreades our base for visiting the island. Maria and her son Kosmas are absolutely wonderful hosts, warm and helpful. Our room was on the first floor with traditional furniture, typical from the island, with special wood closets and stone. Balcony with a very fair view over the port of Tinos. The breakfast room also very atmospheric. We highly... More
