We are in a suite/maisonette which is immaculate. It is a split level arrangement with a private pool area outside. 10 minutes walk from the port town of Hersonissos. The staff here are lovely - friendly and helpful but not intrusive. It’s a dreadful shame that the pandemic means that we are one of only 3 guest groups. Despite this we are being offered a full service. On the evenings that we have dined at the hotel, the food has been excellent. The location is perfect for us as we are close to everything we want but not in the centre of town surrounded by the hordes.

First thought when arrived looked pretty pretty decentfor a 3 star. Then went to pay bill for safe and room tax. Price for 3 star is 1.5 euro instead esmoralda the women on reception tried to charge 3 euro per night asked why she said we are a 4 star I said no your not your 3 on jet2 and all other holiday company sites. Her response was ok and charged me for 3star definatly tried to screw me for a few pounds shame on you. And if looks could kill. And to be honest the place had no atmosphere what so ever my apartment 207 was very damp uncomfortable beds not even a basic frying pan glad I didnt waste any money in the place. Water running down walls in morning threw condensation made my chest very bad. Bad position up hills . No good for elderly or infirm peaple. I've stopped in better 2 stars in much better areas of hersonissos and piskopiano. It's the staff what makes hotel or apartments and staff here for me were awaiting of time. Babies barman is ok but the rest wudnt comment because it would be offensive.

Stayed here at the end of Oct school holiday week. Nice clean rooms cleaned daily, change of shower towels on day 3. Shower powerful and plenty of hot water. Nice new modern bathroom.. Location on a hill so if you don't want to walk up or down the restaurants and shops then this will be a problem for you. We got a taxi (€7) back up from Hersonissos when we did a water, beer and wine shop. Piskopiano is up the hill which is quite steep, we found it OK to stroll up for evening meals. I would recommend you try Gevsi restaurant small family restaurant, lovely lady owner great food, resonable prices. The reason I haven't given 5 stars for the appointment is because if you are looking for self catering, you cannot do any catering in this apartment... There is just a two ring electric camping top stove thing. A massive saucepan and a small milk saucepan... There is a fridge so it's fine for breakfast stuff.

We have just returned from 10 days at these apartments. The apartments are really nice and have fantastic bathrooms hot water all day from the power shower , the bathroom doesn’t flood and a perfect flushing toilet. Nice sitting room and balcony the kitchen is basic but is fine. The pool area is spotless clean plenty of sun beds. The bar is goof and sells Lovely meals and great cocktails . Piskopiono village is 1/2 a mile to 3/4 mile not far but up a steep hill you get used to it. Or 1/2 mile down to hersonissos. I think you have to rent a pool towel but we take our own. You have to pay for air con and safe But that’s normal in Greece . We met some lovely people and would definitely return to these lovely apartments

Really enjoyed our time here room was well decorated and very clean. Towels and sheets changed regularity. Kitchen area not well equipped, coffee maker is actually a pot for making espresso on the hotplate. No toaster which may be disappointing to some also no washing up liquid or T-Towel included. Pool area and bar lovely very quiet , food at pool bar was excellent , cocktails were amazing. Just be aware as we caught out, we used their pool towels told €5 each and changed every 3 days. We had a bill for €20 said it was €5 each towel? Not very happy about that as we could have brought in village for less money - not very clear on arrival. Also had to pay €94 for use of safe and air conditioning for 1 week thought was far too expensive. 15 min walk to village along a quiet country lane, reasonably well lit but also used torch on phone worth the walk lots of lovely restaurants. Really enjoyed our week at Diamond Village.
