Lovely room in small blocks away from main building, modern and nice view. Food I'm afraid far too repetitive as they try to do too much choice each day and then have the leftovers to use up, and frozen veg, not good, soup cold, when I mentioned to manager he was very apologetic and a microwave was placed next day,... First impression wasn't good..but paid extra for an upgraded apartment..there was 4 of us in all..me my partner her youngest daughter and her friend..after settling in to the new apartment we started to look around..this place for a large complex is quite something else and caters for all..I am a fussy eater and I never really struggled to find anything... After our flight got cancelled we had to stay for another week and the hotel reception staff were amazing in letting us book on the evening of our stay. The 1st room was not good bitten five times in one night and not once at my previous hotel. Upgraded to a new family room with no fuss and the room... More

We have been on many all inclusive holidays and always been pleased, we do realise that its not fine dining or top notch drinks but we've always been pleased and quite often amazed at the value for money- NOW ONTO OUR STAY From walking into the dated reception area complete with pool tables (which looked like Butlins in a bygone... We returned home last week from a fantastic holiday here at the Belvedere! We organised, and visited the hotel as part of the Braunstone Swimming Club group, of 49 people. This was our 3rd visit as a swimming group, and we'll be returning as a group in 2018 too :) This year was exceptional! Its great to really see the... More

I know that it's the end of the season but it's not unreasonable to expect good standards from a 4/5 star hotel. I've never been so unimpressed or ill after food on holiday. Totally put me off returning to Crete.

It was our first all-inclusive in Europe - not to compare with fab resorts in Mexico or even Cuba. My biggest issue was absence of tea and coffee in the main restaurant during lunch and dinner - lovely desserts, but would love to eat them with cup of tea. Although you can get tea at the bar separately. We went... More

Hotel is lovely, we stayed in a family room which was at the back of hotel and are new they were very good. Unfortunatly the pools were freezing cold even the indoor pool.Food is average not a lot of variation and bland. Even had to pay 2 euros for a glass of fresh orange juice! Staff were on the whole... The rooms are very poor with many faults. Location of rooms is along dim corridors. Beds have blankets no duvets. The food and general rooms are adequate. The staff are very pleasant and obliging. My room was below ground level with partial sea view even though I'd paid for upgrade. Awful. I was moved on the second day to a... More

We've just got back from staying at the imperial belvedere, we had a nice relaxing week's break. The hotel lobby, bars and restaurants are all modern, clean and tidy. There's a choice of 4 pools and various bars, we travelled in October - the end of the season but we never had a problem finding sun beds by the pool.... More

Set on a hillside, the Imperial Belvedere Resort Hotel has one of the best locations in Hersonissos, with the beach just a few meters away, and shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach.
