The Hotel offers a cozy homely stay. The garden area is massive and well kept. The rooms are in need for some maintenance though. Rooms are adequately spacious and offer heaters and geyser. Breakfast is basic. It was comfortable for one night stay.

Like all reviews day, this is a very poorly maintained place. The cottages are old style but fail to charm because of how dirty everything feels. The carpets were dusty like hell and the bathroom extremely average. There are exactly three people who look after the reception, cleaning and cooking. The place is crying for repair. The lawn is the... More

Firstly, we took 2 hours to find this place. That's because google was showing us two locations- one was Rosaville (near IIM) and another was Rosaville guest house. It is very easy to miss the entrance, so please ensure you drive slow once you are close to the destination The place is small and cosy. But the service is nothing... More

Its a just above average hotel. Many years back it used to be with ITC welcom heritage (may be till around 2011) and after that ITC stopped managing this property only bacause of the mismanagement by the owner, low in maintanance n worst response from the caretaking owner. So, people can go and stay this hotel with keeping low expectation... More

The ambiance of the resort is quite nice. It's located away from the marketplace. The resort has pine and other trees with a park. It even has a restroom and a grand dining place. But, firstly, the resort is difficult to locate as it lacks a signboard and from outside, it's often mistaken to be someone's residential property. The resort... More

First of all someone' own choice might be very deceptive on something. So before commenting on my own personal view on this property , let me point out some information which might help kind readers to decide something. 1. Its not a hotel under any circumstances. Its a very old vintage property with an extremely well maintained garden and a... More

Getting to Rosaville with the help of GPS is quite difficult. And that's not even the most difficult part of your stay here. The place is a cozy little house, but that's about it. Don't expect too much, or rather anything out of it. The free wi-fi doesn't work, overhead tanks run out of water and the landline number listed... More

Rosaville Cottage is a secluded little property located in the very accessible area of Nongthymmai in Shillong. It is just 100 mtrs from the Shillong Agartala highway which makes it easily accessible and still away from the traffic and noises of the city. The property appears to be an old British bunglow converted into a comfy vacation stay for tourists.... More

This is probably a century old (or older) Assamese home converted to a hotel and run by ITC. The kitchen and food may not be that great but the rooms are very beautiful and living there takes one back a century. The garden and the courtyard are VERY beautiful.

Built on a large plot, it has five rooms.Rooms are large and furnished with period furniture and photographs but refurbished toilets. Linen provided was clean and replaced on demand.
