Hotel alexander is really a budget stay hotel. There is nothing great about this property so dont expect marvel. People who love nature should prefer this hotel. This is a quick week end get away for Mumbai people. This was good.

Nothing great about this place really except that this is super cheap - so dont expect great service or good food over here. Location is beautiful especially if you visit here in the monsoons. If you are looking for a cheap place to crash, let it be this.

There is nothing great about this property. All I can say is that it is indeed very nicely priced..! As compared to the rock bottom prices, you dont expect good services and food...! Good for students !!

The location is very beautiful. I'm a place like matheran on weekend where it is very crowded,I got my peace with not many people around. People who love nature should prefer this hotel, who get freaked out with no people around. The cost charged to he didn't feel justified,I was charged rs 2500 per day for me and my wife.... More

It is a very good property spread over almost 4-5 acres of plain terrain. This is very unique for a place like Matheran to have a plain terrain like this one. It is on Alexandra Point thus the name. It has beauty of the nature at its best. Good pure vegeterian / jain food. Totally Relaxing and quite surrounded by... More
