As always a wonderful experience. The new cottages are lovely and enhance the experience by providing access to all amenities yet maintaining desired privacy. The staff is welcoming and polite. The wine tour is our favorite, especially if Jim is the tour guide. Worth the trip every time.

This was our first stay at the new cottages. We stayedfor one night in the premium cottage directly on the lake and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was spacious for 6 people. Had a dish washer and cups, flatware and dishes in the cupboard. Fridge was a larger sized mini fridge with a micro freezer. Sink and counter...

Nice place. I was with a group so we split the cost otherwise I wouldn't spend that much on a room. Breakfast buffet is extensive but expensive. Waitress didn't offer any other choice, just told us to head up, but I was told afterword there were other options. She also never came back around to refill drinks and assumed the...

You will see some reviews of folks expecting more than what is realistic at a "State Lodge " facility. This aint the Ritz Carlton. But it is a really nice property. Been there probably 20 times and was married there in 2014. Marrissa at the desk adroitly handled a minor issue for me , well done. The Wine Tour optional...

Great fun getting together with old friends! Our cabin was clean, it was easy to get to bars/restaurants, and Jim was the best wine shuttle driver! We will most likely be back again! I would only wish that there was beach access or more room in the pool. When we tried to sit by the pool (around 11 am) there...

My husband and I were looking for an overnight get-a-way for our anniversary, and we found just what we were looking for in the Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake. We arrived on a Sunday before check in, but in time to catch the shuttle for a wine country tour. The tour took us to four nearby wineries. We had not been to...

Not worth the price. A bit stuffy. I was a little put off by the service. Seemed to be attentive only if you were having an event. That being said, it is beautiful. Just don't expect to get responsive service.

My wife and I along with two other couples spent 2 days and 1 night at The Lodge. Our main purpose was just to get away and to go on the wine tour. We were fortunate to have great weather, so we were able to avail ourselves of the outdoor pool on both days. We also greatly enjoyed the wine...

Cottages were clean and beautiful. They just need shelves in the shower to hold toiletries. Were told they are on order. Wine tour was wonderful and Frank is a great tour guide. Cell phone service and texting were unavailable at times.
