Spent one night here this past weekend while attending a wedding at Kenyon College and absolutely loved the Inn. Staff are delightful, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spotless, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The dining room has a great Sunday brunch and the staff could not have been nicer. Really lovely place and a very restful experience. Glad it has... More

We had a party of 14 and the restaurant provided us with the Paul Newman Room. It was a wonderful private room where we were provided excellent service. The menu was preselected so I didn't see the full menu. The items on our menu were all excellent...salmon, steak, and pasta dishes were enjoyed by the various members of the dinner... More

Our room had two very comfortable queen beds and seemed recently renovated. Very, very comfortable and clean accommodations. Dining room is small, but our breakfast was very good. One of the best small inns I have been to in a long time.

For a hotel that does not really have any competition, they do a good job. The service is very nice, the wireless is great and the room is very modern and clean. A bit on the expensive side but really cannot complain. Was here to tour the college and you cannot find a better spot. More enjoyable than staying outside... More

About 8 of us came here for a work luncheon and we had great service and the food was very good. We only used the dining facilities and did not stay at the Inn. The setting is very pretty coming in with all the trees surrounding the walkway. We have reserved this on two occasions now and both times were... More

Visited this hotel numerous times over the past year whilst working in Mount Vernon. Despite being the furthest hotel from the office i was working at, the journey into Mount Vernon is worth it to stay here. Excellent hotel, rooms are brilliant, food and drink is good, leisure facilities at the local University are excellent and lovely local area to... More

Great inn, spacious quiet rooms, good bedding and especially clean. Location can't be beat for things Kenyon - walk to all. The restaurant is also quite good, with an ambitious menu (if a bit pricey for OH). Good choice for a special dinner. Relax with a cocktail on the front lawn and a drink in the bar after dinner.

I cannot remember the last time I used a real key to enter a hotel room! You do have to promise to return the keys when you check out, but it adds to the authenticity of this charming hotel. It has all the usual room amenities, free WIFI, Keurig, hidden refrigerator and a pretty quiet A/C unit that we actually... More

We all stayed there for a wedding and was impressed with this property. Considering they had a captive campus audience was expecting much...but this is a first class operation. The rooms, beds, and bath are large, new and comfortable...a great place to stay with lots of history.

We have lived in Gambier for 25 years and have eaten numerous times at the Kenyon Inn. I have never stayed there but before we moved here, my husband would come oon business and stay here. A few years ago, all the rooms were redecorated so things are fresh and new. There are not a lot of really good places... More
