The property is physically beautiful! The guest room was large and well appointed. The meeting rooms appeared to be new or very recently remodeled. The AV equipment was modern and worked well. The true stars are the excellent staff members. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Their friendliness and caring attitude was beyond expectations. The dining room, Mancy’s, had great service, an extensive menu, and sumptuous food was delivered in a professional manner. Great addition to the hotel!

The Hancock Hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very luxurious. The staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious. Love staying here.

My husband and i stayed at this hotel for two day for a wedding i was in. The room was beautiful and clean! All the workers were so helpful and enjoyable! The hotel was so affordable. I was so impressed by the room we got and how much he we paid for it!

We stopped over on our Road trip and were so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is really clean, beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable! This hotel is in a great location to walk to shops and places to grab a quick bite. We especially loved the educational toy store across the street!! If we are anywhere in the area we will make it a point to be back.

This is a beautiful hotel. The bed was fantastic, most comfortable hotel bed I have experienced. Lobby is gorgeous and spacious for visiting with others. Location in Findlay is great; walk to all the great surrounding restaurants and to Dietsch’s for ice cream and chocolates.

Was a quick check in and check out room was clean and a nice big tv with plenty of channels to watch. The Staff was very nice. I didn’t eat any food at the restaurant so I can’t comment on that but everything else was fantastic. Will be back again.

My experience at The Hancock Hotel was positive from the time I checked in until I checked out. Valet staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Check in and out went smoothly. Upon check in, staff even worked to get my room near my traveling companions. Room was beautifully decorated with plenty of outlets for charging electronics. I have already recommended The Hancock to a friend.

We stayed in a King Suite and it was just perfect for our anniversary get-a-way. Very well appointed. Quiet, comfortable & convenient to everything downtown! Loved the extra space in the rooms, the king size bed, soaking run and separate large shower!

It was the last day traveling home from a family visit with grandma. In the last few years we have noticed the quality of Hilton Hotels dropping and have been disappointed in our last recent stays at hotels in general.
