Great place to stay when in the Akron area. This hotel has great services and amenities allow you to have a great. Nice restaurant and separate bar, happy hour, pool, and a very nice staff. Food is always enjoyable and many other restaurants easy to walk to.

We chose the Hilton Fairlawn to stay at while visiting the Cayuga National Park this holiday weekend. The location was great for a visit the park and getting to nearby restaurants. Check in was smooth and although we booked a king room we were upgraded to a king suite which was a nice surprise! The property is clean in spacious. The perk for being a Hilton honors member was a complementary Saturday morning brunch at Beau’s, which we did not partake in. The biggest compliment I can give this Hilton property is that they provide trash bags in the room for your trash. Since the beginning of the pandemic I have criticized every Hilton property that we have stayed at for not doing the above. There’s nothing worse than walking through the halls of a hotel and seen pizza boxes, take out boxes etc. line in the hallway. I’m OK with not having daily housekeeping, which is why the trash gets overloaded, but this property handles it with perfection! Thank you Hilton Fairlawn for a great stay during our visit to Ohio!

This is a very nice hotel especially for the area and the rooms are spacious and clean I appreciated the nice dinner in the restaurant and I am sad to report that I was very disappointed the next morning to not be able to have breakfast. The breakfast they had was most ridiculous food on two tables at at the lobbies front doors there would be nowhere to eat them at all. There was no fruit it was not a breakfast and if they are going to give such a terrible breakfast to their platinum members they should at least give them two free passes to a neighboring breakfast establishment if they refuse to serve breakfast at a Hilton. I’ve been a many other Hiltons and this is the only one during the entire Covid stay that has done this and Covid is not an excuse.

This place is amazing. The extra cost def shows. Indoor & outdoor pools. Well stocked fitness center . The entire property is just classy. The room was perfect & the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a long time (slept 11 hours). Fridge in room but I didn’t see a micro. The shower started off lukewarm but got hotter after a few minutes. Most advanced shower head I’ve seen (digital water temperature readout) There’s not free b/fast but these higher end hotels never do. This is a hotel you’ll want to spend a couple days in. I only regret that I needed sleep & didn’t take advantage of the amenities. Recommend, but at a cost. (I got BLESSED w/ a paid night by my boss) GREAT GUY.
Be blessed & praise GOD regularly ( in the bad AND the good times)

This location was easy access to interstate and across the street from Summit Mall. The price was not too expensive for the convenience and I felt safe traveling and staying with my family. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out was efficient.

If you want to stay in a rundown hotel at a premium, this is your spot. You basically spend top dollar for almost no service under the guise of the pandemic. Want a bottle of water? Too bad, you can go down to the vending machine and pay for it (apparently they can't put it in your room, but you can go and touch the same vending machine that every other person in the hotel has to). One of the worst experiences in over 25 years of traveling for business and pleasure. We could have stayed at any number of hotels within a few miles that are newer and half the price, lesson learned.

Worth a stay. This hotel is well maintained and conveniently located in Fairlawn/Akron area with dining and shopping in the area. Quiet with a comfortable bed with ironed sheets. Breakfast is very good. Beau’s restaurant in the hotel is worth a visit for lunch or dinner as well as the breakfast.

We were there using conference room facilities. We called in advance several times to define what our needs were. The conference room was $400 without any catering or drinks, which seemed high, but the real disappointment was tables weren’t prepared, we needed chairs and the room wasn’t cleaned between our meetings - which was discussed before hand. There are other options which I would choose if needed again.

What a disappointment. We had to change rooms immediately after finding the assigned room in a very unacceptable condition. We had traveled in the last two months to New York City, Charleston, SC, Savannah, GA but our stay at this hotel was the only one that did not have daily housekeeping! They said is was for health concerns. The next morning we went down to breakfast and the only option was a buffet. This did not make sense to us at all considering the hotel's policy on the housekeeping. The buffet had no sneeze guards or any other health-related protocols in place. Well, maybe--because they were serving coffee in paper cups?? Went out to breakfast for the remainder of our stay. The only housekeeping service they provided was to bring up new towels if requested in advance. Lots of smokers hanging out the back entrance to the hotel. Hotel needs updating, very dark inside, do not recommend.

We only stayed for one night after a concert at the Blossom Music Center but everything was clean and fresh feeling when we arrived late at night and we’re checked in by a very nice gentleman. From what I can tell the pool and fitness area looked decent. I would stay here again if I was in the area. The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have gone to a free breakfast in the morning.
