I would definitely book Cloverleaf again Customer service is excellent, breakfast was excellent all around good stay I would definitely recommend especially to a family on a budget as they offered a bbq grill so no need to eat in a restaurant

Hotel staff was very friendly when I checked in. When I checked out, the lady seemed mostly disinterested, but I didn't care, I was leaving. The room price was good, but only because I caught it at a good time. When I originally went to book, the room price was rather pricey and I had actually decided on another place. For grins and giggles, I checked about a month before our trip and found that prices at Cloverleaf had dropped by nearly $100 a night, so I cancelled my other booking and stayed with Cloverleaf. The resolution on the main TV in the room was wonky, and I could've remedied the issue had the original TV remote been present, but I could not access the proper menus with the provided universal remote. I'm also a tech savvy guy, but it still could not be fixed. Aside from that, the bedroom TV was not even plugged in, so I had to plug in all the cables myself, but got it working. Overall, the room was good, the bed was comfortable, however the pull out couch was not. Granted, it's a pull-out couch, so I did not expect top-of-the-line comfort, but it was so uncomfortable that I went out and bought a cheap air mattress for my daughter to sleep on. The main bed was very comfortable however, so we had no issues with that. Bathroom and kitchen area were very clean upon arrival. No issue there! I'd say it was a decent experience overall if you can overlook the issues listed above. I would definitely consider booking again if we ever visit the Columbus area again, but only if the price is right. The original listed price of $220 a night for our room is not worth it, but if you can get it for about $150 a night (or less if you're lucky like I was), then it's worth the stay.

We needed a suite, and the price seemed right. The whole property is not updated, parts may be, but there are many areas that are not. Our room seemed sort of half way updated. Bathroom needed repairs, cracked tile on floors and showers/tub, walls were cracked, a few lamps didn't work and had cracked or broken shades, and the couch had weird plastic type cushions so we didn't even sit in the main room to hang out. We had a second story room, and perhaps the cleaning crew can't bring sweepers up to the second floor because our room was not clean. There was change, and other things on the floors throughout, you could tell is was not swept for a very long time. It is not a clean room. And bring a pillow because the pillows looked to be about 10 plus years old and were not something you would want to sleep on. We also had an "issue" at the one small pool area for the complex. There was a group of about 10 adults partying and drinking alcohol taking up every seat at the few tables available. Their toddler to 5 year-old aged children were swimming in the hot tub, throwing juice boxes in it, and after all the drinking, the adults had a fight, and chairs were thrown and overturned around all of the small kids. We immediately left the pool area to avoid getting hurt as did the few other families that thought they were staying in a family friendly hotel. Although the price is fair for the space you get, we most likely will not stay at a Cloverleaf again.
