I just returned from a stay at the Westin and my favorite thing was the staff - Morgan was so helpful, she deserves a raise! I loved the location, it was right off of High street and close to the convention center. I was originally put in a room on the 3rd floor where the light from outside was so... More

I was placed in an "urban room" (their definition, not mine) on the 3rd floor. I was right next to the elevator and the ice machine. Being an older building, sound proofing does not exist. The room was tiny, but functional. They even admit the size and offered a free cocktail each night in the bar. I had a view... More

I was in town for a conference and this hotel was chosen for me by my work. It was probably would not have been my first choice, but I am certainly glad I stayed there. This is an older city style building of only 7 stories. Marble floors and an extremely high ceiling in the lobby. Not much of a... More

I have to preface this by saying I was not looking forward to staying here after reading the reviews. But I found this hotel to be more than adequate. I would rate it 3.5 stars, or 4 if I had tried any of their services but as I was there for work I did not have time to use the... More

Room was small with a toilet that would randomly run. The renovated lobby does not reflect the rest of the hotel. Pretty good gym. Not the best service, bell boys did not offer to carry bags. At breakfast coffee was served in paper cups, which was weird.

Excellent valet staff, lobby very nice and check in staff excellent as well as all other staff very nice . Room was very large oversized to the point it didn't make sense. Unfortunately our room was on the side with a sign or light and when we turned out the lights to sleep it was bright as the Vegas strip in... More

The Westin is well located and nice enough. The staff were solicitous and professional. The hotel lobby and public spaces are lovely. The rooms are nice enough, a bit oddly organized and the bathrooms are efficiently small. Getting shampoo and conditioner is a project rather than a routine part of daily room cleanings.

The hotel is a historic building and the lobby is quite beautiful. Front desk staff very nice at check in. Room was ok, but you can hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and hallways, as well as from outside. Continental breakfast was mediocre, and housekeeping entered the room twice while the do not disturb sign was hanging on... More

We stayed at the Westin because the bride and the groom chose this for their guests. We booked too late to get the room block pricing, which was fine, but the room we paid for was definitely not worth the price. The room was tiny and the bathroom was the size of a walk in closet. There was only one... More

I am a travel agent and I booked a room for a client, a married couple, KING BED. They gave them a room with 2 beds! I told them to go back downstairs and show them the reservation showing it was supposed to be a king. The hotel basically said "too bad, it was booked through an outside source".....90% OF... More
