This hotel has the charm of its age (but that means small rooms, oddly shaped hallways, etc.) which some of us find charming. It's a Westin so that means comfortable beds, towels and robes. The wonderful Westin fragrance of the soaps and shampoos and terrific service. The attached bar, Thurber House, is so-so, surprised for instance, that they cannot make... More

The overall hotel is very nice but the rooms are very small and the bathrooms are old and outdated (and tiny!). I had stayed here while attending a wedding. When I checked in I was impressed, but came back around 11pm to what sounded like a full on rager in my room. I was on the 3rd floor which must... More

We stayed at the Westin for a wedding which took place at the hotel. The whole experience was great and the room very nice. The rooms are a bit small because it is an old hotel, but very well furnished. The lobby is lovely. Definitely a place to consider when considering Columbus as a destination.

Stayed here over the weekend for a wedding. The hotel portrays itself as a historic but still high end hotel. For the cost to stay here I expected much more. The rooms are TINY. From what I understand, the hotel originally had community bathrooms and some space was given up in each room to allow each room it's own bathroom.... More

Me and my family stayed at Westin Columbus for just one night for the Red, White and Boom Festival. It was a really nice hotel with lots of character. The lobby was grand and the staff were all very nice, from the valet to the front desk personnel and attendants. Even before we arrived, I called to make a bed... More

The Westin in Columbus is a beautiful hotel. Front desk check in was easy and extremely courteous. We were there for a wedding. Hotel was very busy! My room was nice but wow...surprisingly small. But, it is a very old hotel. So, I get it. I'm glad I got the so called wedding rate. Paying regular rates..not sure it would... More

This was the worst stay I have ever had in a Westin Hotel. The rooms are old which I don't mind. What I do mind is the cleanness of the room. First day: towels with dirty yellowish spots. Second day: found rotten peanuts under the bed. I complained and asked them to re-vacuum the floor. Unfortunately, still not clean and... More

Beautiful old hotel with lots of charm and a great location. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast, great bar with same charm, and very good food from room service. We did think we had a sofa with our "Deluxe King" (just a regular king room - nothing deluxe about it) because that was what the pictures showed on the web. Turns out... More

This hotel has a lot of character plus more than we bargained for! We brought our small dog with us. This hotel is dog-friendly in the wrong way. First, must cross busy street to get to the grass for dog to relieve himself. Also, dog found a pill on the floor. Before I could stop him, he ingested it. Whatever... More

A friendly place making you feel like home, away from home. They had a restaurant and bar inside, but didn't try it. The room was nice. I came late, so I was put in a preferred guest room, which I wasn't , appreciated the bottles of water in the room. I don't know whether everyone gets it or not, but... More
