I stayed for four nights and in fortunately the previous review about noise are correct. Insulation in the room is not the best, you can hear traffic from outside and also as I was reasonably close to the elevators I could hear them every now and again. Apart from the background noise the hotel is very good. The people in...

It's a nice hotel. We were a bit too close to the elevator and the walls were thin so we could hear the elevator the whole time. Nice meeting spots for conference. Comfy Bed. A good location downtown as well.

Stayed here during a trade show at the Columbus Convention Center. We couldn't get into the Hyatt that was attached to the trade show venue, so this was our next choice. Unfortunately, it's was quite a walk to get to the show -- maybe 15 or 20 minutes. That'd be OK in most situations but not in the rain! Rooms...

I spent five nights at this hotel while in Columbus for a conference. It is right in the heart of downtown, an easy walk to any place you want to go downtown. The staff of the hotel was great. My flight was delayed and did not get in until 2:00 AM, and the staff was really accommodating, both when I...

The reason I didn't give this property 5 stars is because we've stayed at some really posh places that had hot tubs in the room, with superior butler service but this place was really nice and I would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean and check in and out was excellent. We went for the New Year's Eve...

The hotel was undergoing a remodel during my stay, but it was not at all intrusive. New contemporary and functional furnishings were being added to very spacious rooms. The room also had nice plush towels. The bathroom was small and there were no sheers on windows. Room service was prompt and friendly, but food was so so (chili was like...

Checked into the Renaissance just prior to Christmas break. I've been past the hotel and from the exterior it looks very well maintained and what you'd expect from a Renaissance. Checked in and due to my Platinum status, was provided with an upgrade to a Jr Suite. Check in process was smooth and very standard. Got up to my room...

I can't remember the number of times your staff apologized to disgruntled NYE 2017 attendees with the line about "it's a third party who is hosting this event." You know, it's your name/brand on the line when the party stinks. No champagne toast at midnight? The snack food was horrific, and the music/DJs all styled up in their polo shirts...

Pleasant welcoming staff, cozy areas to sit in at the lobby level and generously sized room all contributed to a lovely weekend in Columbus. We visited the state capitol building (virtually across the street) which is a beautifully restored building.

This was my third stay at this property over a time period of many years. The first time I stayed here it was under the Adams Mark brand. The hotel felt quite "tired" during that visit, but the location was very good for our needs (Columbus Marathon). I can't recall if it was a Renaissance the second time I stayed...
